Love the mattress so far but still getting used to it! Very well made. A suggestion: since the serial number is required to register the product, tell the customer this at time of purchase or put the number where it is more accessible (not on bottom of mattress!)

It took 3 tries and a week to get our mattress delivered. By allowing us only to select the day and not the time window of our delivery we had to hope the first two attempts at delivery would miss our previous scheduled appointments. They didn't. Success came when we ended up with a Sunday delivery and since we ended up with an afternoon delivery window we could go to church before the delivery in the afternoon. Please allow your customers to select a day and time for delivery. Now we'll sleep on it.

The bed in the showroom was very comfortable whether on my back or side. When we received our brand new medium Hybrid Luxe Adapt mattresses, they were like rocks, after 5 months (beyond the free exchange period) they softened somewhat and we have experienced pressure points in our lower back, upper back, neck and shoulders which has created sleep issues - frequently waking and experiencing numbness in our arms from side sleeping. SO NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

I picked this mattress because of the hype regarding its effectiveness for side sleepers. I slept better with my old mattress.

It was too soft for me to lay comfortably. When I would lay on my stomach I had pressure points on my ribs. On my side it was great though.

The first night after changing from. Sleep number was phenomenal. Forget messing with numbers, trying to to.find the right one and remembering to reinflate the thing every morning. This mattress is a dream.

Finally sleeping through the night and slept-in for the first time in a long time on this new Tempur-Pedic mattress. I was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed.

Every night I went to bed fearing the back pain to come, now I wake up everyday with 0 back pain. It's true a good bed is a life changer. It's worth the money.

I find it very comfortable while giving me great support to my back. It is the best I have had in a very long time.
