Experience: stressful, misleading, disappointed, untrusting, not what they said it was (supposed to be a Cooling mattress), difficult to get any help from sales person and warranty department, Warranty department says it's ok to receive 2 different sized beds (2 twins XL to make a king) Poor customer service from sales person/warranty department

This mattress is amazing. I owned my previous Tempur-pedic for 15 years and while it was firm it was time for a new mattress. Our new one is even better than the first. It is firm but conforms to you so you feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. My biggest complaint is it has a STRONG chemical smell. It's been a month and the smell is just starting to dissipate. I even kept the windows open with the fan on during the day for a week to try to get it to go away. I'm hoping in 15 years maybe there is an organic option without the smell. Another minor thing is I can't feel the coolness with the mattress protector and fitted sheet. Next time wont be choosing this option. Still wouldn't buy another brand!

My wife and I originally purchased a LuxeAdapt Firm. It provides unprecedented support and once in bed, we didn't move at all. It was a great mattress but too firm for us. We then swapped for a LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid, which is perfect for us. It provides the support I need coupled with the comfort my wife prefers. It was a great comprise. When comparing the two mattresses, we found that the LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid meets are sleeping style (back, left side, and right side) better. Both mattresses are great and I would highly recommend a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The only decision you need to make, is which one is best for you.

We have had this mattress for almost a month now and it has been disappointing to say the least. The first week it was warmer out and I woke up sweating with a neck ache. My wife has been complaining about her back non-stop. For this price I expected much more. Customer service was horrible as well wanting me to stand up the mattress against an open window. Really? In less than a week I can start the return process.

We were told this mattress was 3 degrees cooler than the others. Well I don't think so! I have sweated more with this mattress than I have with any other. I do love the adjusting base however can't get comfortable yet we have had it for 1 week now and I haven't found my spot yet! But I'm very disappointed in the cooling function.

The product is okay, noting special though. I doubt it's worth the mush higher price that other mattresses. I have not received the magical back pain relief mention in the adds or other?? reviews. I have not slept through the night either. In fact it is not better than the 10 year old mattress that it replaced. Definitely not worth the price.

This bed, especially with the zero gravity, has helped him so much no more pressure sores or paid while lying in bed for hours and days at time. Was the best thing I could have bought. Soft, yet conforms to the body. I can definitely tell a difference in the mornings and I am excited to get in bed at night. To say this mattress is a dream is an understatement. White-glove delivery with text messages and tracking the whole day leading up to the appointment. TempurSealy is all-around a fantastic brand. I will never ever in my life even think of getting anything other than one of these mattresses.

We had an older Tempurpedic mattress and upgraded to a new mattress set (split king). I've had terrible bursitis issues in both legs and my husband has had a tender knee for over a year and after buying this mattress both issues are gone! This mattress is worth the money when your quality of life is returned and you can sleep again pain free! Best purchase ever!
