We originally had the Pro-Adapt and the soft was way too soft, so I was surprised when we received the Luxe-Adapt and the soft is like a medium. It's perfect and I love it! We have never had such a good nights sleep! We highly recommend the Luxe-Adapt it's the most luxurious mattress you could ever imagine.

I was so anxious to try this new mattress. I've had bad luck with mattresses in the past because I'm such a HOT sleeper. My husband calls me a personal space heater. We also like to snuggle when possible but our old mattress made that difficult because we'd just get too hot. This one sleeps SO COOL! I don't get hot in the middle of the night and to me, that's worth a million dollars. Heck, we even were able to sleep ok flannel sheets (our fav) this winter. We have had this mattress for almost a month now and it has been disappointing to say the least. The first week it was warmer out and I woke up sweating with a neck ache. My wife has been complaining about her back non-stop. For this price I expected much more. Customer service was horrible as well wanting me to stand up the mattress against an open window. Really? In less than a week I can start the return process.

This mattress is amazing. I owned my previous Tempur-pedic for 15 years and while it was firm it was time for a new mattress. Our new one is even better than the first. It is firm but conforms to you so you feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. My biggest complaint is it has a STRONG chemical smell. It's been a month and the smell is just starting to dissipate. I even kept the windows open with the fan on during the day for a week to try to get it to go away. I'm hoping in 15 years maybe there is an organic option without the smell. Another minor thing is I can't feel the coolness with the mattress protector and fitted sheet. Next time wont be choosing this option. Still wouldn't buy another brand!

My Twin XL is pretty comfortable. I am a side sleeper and the bed is comfortable on the side where I had a hip replacement. It is a bit hard on the other hip that hurts. Overall this is a comfortable bed. I needed a soft bed that was not hot. Neighbors have Tempur Pedics that have lasted 16 years and bought another Tempur Pedic. Quality is excellent.

One side of the mattress sinks in badly, and there is little support. Can't move off that one spot on mattress or will slide back into indent. Warranty was denied because the indent isn't easily visible. We will never recommend your product and are very disappointed in customer service..

This is the 3rd mattress we've owned from Tempurpedic. Previous we have had TWO of the supreme cloud breeze. After returning both of them due to manufacturers defects the amazing customer service team at Tempurpedic agreed to upgrade us to the proadapt luxe. This mattress is worlds better in every way better than the supreme cloud breeze. This is how a true Tempurpedic mattress should feel. We fall asleep immediately and do not toss and turn at all with this mattress. It keeps you cool and gives you support where you need.
