This mattress is really the most comfortable bed I've ever owned. Definitely worth that price. However, I sleep hot naturally and I should have gone with the 8 degree cooler version. I thought the cooling cover was enough when I tried it out at the store. It's not.

My husband is tosser-turner and I'm a light sleeper, so I woke up to every movement with our old mattress. The LuxeAdapt is amazing, I don't feel any movement. I sleep through the night and feel well rested. It's also like sleeping on a cloud that forms to your body. It helps take the pressure off my neck and lower back.

I tried this product as I was having troubles sleeping, and I must say it is the best thing since melatonin. It literally fells like there are soft pockets of goodness cuddling you and rocking you to bed. I literally took of my sheets so I could feel it more. I will also add that there is temperature control in there so I don't keep waking up at night because I am hot or sweating. This is by far my fave mattress and I have switched mattresses at least 3 times in the last 4 years! Well worth every single dime...and even more!

We purchased this bed and were very excited about it! It was definitely very firm the first month, but we waited for it to break in as recommended by Tempurpedic. Then, before the return window we went into store to ask about it and they said it takes 1-2 years to break in. We decided it keep the firm mattress and a year in it's still very hard. We've reached out to tempurpedic and they recommend turning up the thermostat (we are already in the recommended range) or buying a mattress topper, but the mattress is already 13in and sheets barely fit. Plus we spent a lot of money on this to purchase more accessories. Overall, I would say the mattress doesn't break in, so if it's too firm at the beginning for you, it's not going to change, and I feel the tempurpedic sales people were just trying to get us to buy the most expensive mattress and keep it vs one that worked for us.

So we decided to purchase the mattress and at first it was very hard because we had ordered the firm and we thought we had made a mistake but after a couple of months of use it's soften up more and is perfect for back and side support. I haven't had a back problem ever since we purchased this mattress. Now I actually can sleep a full 8 hours.

The mattress is lower than our previous spring pillow top mattress. It is a replacement for a two year old dented spring mattress on an adjustable base. It has an odd smell, even 3 weeks later. It is VERY firm, but does snap back from sleeping in one spot. No dreaded middle "hump" in the king. I can't feel him rolling around at night which is really useful for my sleep. He seems to like it.

From the moment I rested my body on this bed, I immediately felt supported. The Luxe Adapt wraps itself around me so subtly that I knew I was going to have a great nights sleep. The next morning I woke with a rested feeling and less tossing around for comfort as with a traditional mattress. Side or back sleeping was comfortable and no pressure on my shoulder or hips in either position. My husband and i were in the market for a new mattress that would meet both of our requirements. it's hard finding a mattress that will be comfortable for the both of us. But the we found the luxe adapt (soft)! This is a wonderful bed. I suffer from hip pain and it's completely gone. The mattress conforms to your body and releases pressure. It's just fantastic. I can't reccomend it enough!

I have the king size. Both my husband and I are side sleepers. We both have shoulder and side pain in the mornings, due to the bed not being as conforming as we need. Going to exchange it for the Lux Adapt soft!! If you are undecided and you are a side sleeper, definitely go with the soft!!

We should have upgraded our old Tempur-Pedic-Pedic years ago. This new Luxe-Adapt firm is the best at conforming and support. No more back issues and achy bodies in the morning. Highly recommended!
