My spouse and I were nervous about spending so much money on a mattress. My spouse has a history of severe back issues and no mattress ever worked for them just right. They would often wake up with significant back pain. We finally decided to take the chance on the TEMPER- after failed attempts with traditional mattresses, and a box mattress. We both could not be happier. This mattress is a dream come true. My spouse does not wake up with back pain anymore. Both of us can come to bed knowing we are gonna get the best nights sleep possible. I have never looked forward to coming to bed so much. It is nice and firm (firmest bed I've ever owned,) my body feels supported and comfortable every night. I can't recommend this bed enough.

I have always been told to sleep on a firm mattress by doctors and chiropractors, but with my progressive Osteoarthritis it became painful to sleep at night. I decided to purchase a soft Tempur-Pedic, and I am loving it! I have restful sleeps, and the only joint pain I experience is from oversleeping when I don't want to leave my luxurious bed in the morning, LOL. My Tempur-Pedic is beautifully made and even though is soft, is very supportive and gentle on my shoulders and hips. I am very satisfied with my purchase and strongly recommend this bed.

In the summer/fall I bought a LuxeAdapt soft. Slept on it for right at the full 90 day trial period. It was entirely too soft so I returned it and used my one return option to go with the LuxeAdapt firm. What a big mistake!! It is way to firm. There is no medium in this model and I could not swap out a 2nd time so I am stuck with it. What a hugh waste of money! I am having a lot of trouble with sciatica and other leg and back problems and I'm sure it is from sleeping on this mattress. I wish I had never bought it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tempur Pedic LuxeAdapt 2.0 queen size mattress is so soft! It feels like sinking into a cloud that's hugging you. I have scoliosis and arthritis in my knee from surgeries and need a good mattress for a good night's sleep. I love this mattress! My kids keep wanting to take it for their own beds.

I didn't realize how much sleep (or lack thereof) was affecting my daily life until I purchased this bed. I just assumed many people struggled with sleep and it was just a part of life. Boy, was I wrong. I've only had my soft split California king LuxeAdapt mattresses for about three weeks and already my husband and I can tell a difference in our sleep hygiene. My husband has a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease, which is why we made the purchase in the first place. After purchasing our new bed, now we both wake up feeling more rested and less sore from aches and pains. I just thought aches and pains were part of being in my 30s. Evidently, I was wrong. I love that this bed is able to mold perfectly to my body in order to form a layer of comfort that is reminiscent of what a cloud might feel like. Thank you Tempur-Pedic! I have been sleeping on an air mattress for many years. In that time, I have had many uncomfortable nights. In the month that I have had my tempurpedic, it's been a month of painless sleeping. If you have been having painful nights, I recommend trying a tempurpedic mattress.

Bought a Luxe-adapt king mattress in June at an authorized Tempurpedic dealer. I informed the salesperson of my health issues and he suggested that the Luxe-adapt soft would be my best choice. After two months of use, my back became so bad I could barely crawl out of bed. I called Tempurpedic and spoke with a "Sleep Expert" and was told that I never should have bought the soft mattress and I need to return it for a "firm". It's now been a month with the firm mattress and my back has gotten worse. I moved into my guest bedroom with a standard mattress and have no issues with pain. I called the head of customer support and was told that they wouldn't do a thing for me. I was told to have my lawyer contact their legal Department and then he hung up on me. This is a very bad product from an even worse Company.

I've only owned a Tempur-Pedic for the last 20 years because no other mattress comes close. Started having backaches after 19 years on my original Tempur-Pedic mattress and within two weeks of getting this new one, they're completely gone. I will never own any other type of mattress, the investment is worth it.

This mattress was very painful for me. I had the mattress for 10 weeks and each week my hips, back and neck got more and more painful. I would wake up sore every morning. I did everything suggested to try and break in the mattress. This mattress is firm, even though it says a medium firmness. I even bought 2 expensive tempur-pedic pillows thinking that might be the answer but that only made things worse. The pillows are so heavy and hot, even though they claim to be the best cooling. The mattress also was hot. I am now doing physical therapy to try and undo my spinal injuries from the mattress and ended up exchanging it for another brand.

Im greatly disappointed in this bed. I had high hopes. I dont know if I was given a used bed or what, but one side was already dented in, like it had been slept on. It was from day one. I contacted customer care and they took 10 days to get back to me. When they did they wanted me to send my information again. I refused because it took alot to move that heavy mattress to take pictures and I rehurt my back. Low and behold they had the information that I sent. Also there was no way for them to not have it because you couldnt continue with the claim without the needed information. I had several reps and the last one told me that the bed was not dented enough and the claim was denied. So there is no way for the bed to show that much dent by design. It is a very dense mattress, and you could see it a little bit, but you can feel the huge difference in both sides after flipping it around, which also leads me to believe I have a used mattress. I dont weigh enough to cause any type of dent like that in the bed on day way. So good luck if you need to submit a warranty claim on a faulty mattress that was designed not to cave in, but is some how different on two sides from the 1st day you sleep on it, They will not honor the defect warranty.
