The new Ultra's are really bad and I don't recommend them. Roku doesn't offer any real support, their updates often cause more problems than they solve and they won't let you talk to anyone who can help. Setup is much more difficult than it used to be with autodetect. It took literally hours to set this thing up to just output 4k. In the process I found out an update messed up the DD+ output and they will not let me speak to anyone (supervisor) who can expedite the issue. The Ethernet port is only 100 mb. Better to use Apple TV or another product. Rokus are getting worse and worse - they're all about ads now and not devices.

Started with a fire stick years ago, switched to Roku about 7-10 years ago! Truly love the ease of use - only down side was replacing the batteries on the remote. Roku sent info on the Ultra unit I have now and I really like the rechargeable remote! Still exploring all the features! Kak

Remote died shortly after purchasing. Couldn't repair, won't work off of charging cord. Roku support was no help, and told me to purchase a replacement. Super disappointed. This was the most expensive version and it didn't last long at all. What a waste.

Compared to 2 other products, I like Roku the best. I only want a LAN/RJ45 connection to replace my FireTV stick. Too bad for the fire people it’s not made anymore. I had an android product which didn’t work well, bad user interface. Then I the android died after only a few weeks. I wish the Roku had better or written documentation. I struggled awhile to load my prior apps. All good now. The Roku operates smoothly and is pretty fast moving from screen to screen, app to app.

Changed from fire Stick. So far fairly disappointed. Picture quality is better but Operation is very clunky. No browser for internet streaming. Some 'channels' just won't stream /stop working randomly with no explanation as to why. Unable to manage casting at all which was very easy on other devices.

This is my 3rd Roku device. I got the Ultra as a gift, I also have the 1st old ultra with games and a Roku Stick and they are still working properly and reliably. I travel a lot and it goes with me all the time. I have had the firestick but that was replaced 3 times and has been nothing but trouble. I hate the firestick now. Roku is problem-free and a great device to have. Would buy it again in a heartbeat. Roku is the best device PEROID.

Bought another set for my ex wife due to the features and pictures are good.The remote has a headphone set that you can watch without bothering others.I have this device for almost 8 years and i will recommend to anyone tomget it even i have a smart tv i still would prefer my roku❤️

I bought this because my last roku finally pooped out. I really like the fact that I can recharge the remote. The only thing I don't like is the light on the front of the roku never goes off. But I covered it with black construction paper and that worked fine.

I love the simple tile layout that Roku uses over all other streaming devices. The simple design makes it not only look nice but also makes it easy to use and find what app yo want to use. The support for 4K is a must for me which the Ultra fully supports. I love the new rechargeable remote. It is about time that this feature is built into the remote instead of having to search for batteries when they go dead!!!

I've used Roku players since they were invented...well almost. I actually started with a Roku 2, then a 3, 4, a few Express and Express +, and just purchased my third ULTRA. The Ultra is as advertised, the Ultimate Streaming Machine! My experience with Roku has been very good for all models, though the first 'Roku Express' was a bit sluggish for me. But I digress, the Ultra is super fast, has great wifi stability and coverage, comes with a great remote, and couldn't be any easier to setup and use. And Roku has always provided a clean, efficient and fast interface for navigation. I've recommended Roku's to so many people and all have been very pleased with them!
