From day one we had the comfort and support that we have always looked for and not found till now. Bed is soft but has all the support for back or side sleeper. There is no sag in any area of the mattress. It does not sleep hot which is a relief. I sleep hot as many mattresses do. For people with back issues this bed is worth a try.

After only a few weeks of use, this mattress the "Ellria" does not feel any better than the 16 year old Sears posturepedic mattress that I was replacing. When sitting on the edge there is a creaking sound every time you move. This mattress does not have good pressure point support after sleeping on it for a few hours. When first getting into bed it feels okay but within hours the top is condensed to feeling like you are on a board. Not the sleep or rest I expected for the price. I will never buy another Sterns and Foster. Many of the reviews I have read recently say that it they have had difficulty with the warranty. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Previous bed was a sleep number. This mattress I've had about 90 days just turned it to break in other side I used to wake up sweating with the sleep number bed and now I never wake up sweating I sleep longer also I don't wakeup with back pains anymore. Best mattress I've ever slept on in my life!! Just wish I could have afforded the next level up from the estate collection to get that gel cooling layer cuz I prefer to sleep really cold

This is a pretty fantastic mattress, it offers lots of support, you can tell it's very high quality. The mattress I was sleeping on before was only two years old and never offered this type of support, this mattress literally hugs your body and doesn't put extra pressure on your joints. Me and my Beau, both have been sleeping on this mattress and have been sleeping much better and more soundly, my Beau has said his back and legs hurt less since we started using this mattress, it's also much quicker to get comfortable which has resulted in less tossing and turning. I would absolutely buy this product and recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress, that is not only comfortable but provides support, it's worth every penny. The mattress itself is very luxurious looking, it has a nice blue and a beautiful pattern on the pillow top, you can see how high quality the stitching is and the soft handles make it very easy to move, it is a bit heavy-duty but I think that adds to the fact it's made to last. It seems bigger then my previous queen mattress which is amazing and really gives the space needed. You can sit bounce roll and it's all cushiony and cozy. The soft top was exactly what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Estate Collection pillow top firm mattress. I have only had it for one month, but find it to be extremely comfortable. The firmness gives me the support I need for my back, and the pillow top gives me the softness I need to cushion my shoulders and hips while I sleep on my side.

This Estate mattress has a 12" wide strip across where there is a giant indent, it's especially bad smack in the center of the bed. I couldn't figure out why my back was hurting. I would wake up in the morning completely bent over and not be able to straighten out for a couple of hours. I finally figured out that it's the mattress, It has huge indents where there is no support! After taking all the sheets off and pushing on the different areas of the mattress, I noticed his stripe across the entire mattress which is almost like it's been folded there and the springs have separated. Basically, what happens is your body parked in that area will completely sink in and become deformed to the rest of your body. So that was what was happening to me. I had the worst back pain after buying this mattress for about 2 years. I just figured out The source of my back pain and it's the bed. It's so unfortunate: this was supposed to be a gift to myself and it's been a lemon. I literally sleep better on my couch. And wake up without pain! I

I purchased this mattress from Mattress Firm. I explained to the salesperson I had chronic back pain and he showed me the Stearns and Foster. Of course, the mattress in the showroom was very comfortable, but when I got the mattress home, and layed on it, I knew something was wrong. I could feel the coils just from sitting in the bed. My back pain increased dramaticly from sleeping on the mattress. But, I realized the mattress I laid on in the showroom, the top of the mattress was dark blue (which was the Lux). After I realized what I received & what I layed on in the store was different, I immediately called the salesperson. I was told since I got the mattress on a deal they wouldn't take it back. I even went as far to as to speak with the manager...I was told he was the manager. I asked him if he could speak to his manager and explain what happened. I called back and was told that there was nothing they could do because I got the mattress on a deal. WOW...now I'm back again looking for a mattress that does not give me pain. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hope someone from Stearns and Foster can make this right.

After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. Thank you Stearns and Foster for such an excellent product!
