We made quite a few visits to Tempurpedic showrooms. I wanted a firm bed but this model feels softer than expected. It is called a "firm" but the Luxe Adapt has an extra layer on the top of the bed which makes it feel softer to me. When shopping for the mattress, I liked the feel of the Pro Adapt Firm. It does not have the extra layer on top and it costs less. Salespeople suggested the Pro Adapt Firm would be too firm for a side sleeper giving pressure to shoulders, hips and knees. So, I was swayed a bit by the salespeople and bought the Luxe Adapt. It's a good bed and we get a decent nights sleep. But, it just feels too soft. By the way, the delivery, installation and take of the old mattress was perfect.

Had purchased another product with 30 day trail guarantee and was disappointed early on. Could hardly wait to upgrade. Such a relief after facing the cost difference and realizing that comfort "was" the issue. In my senior years, this readily became a most wise purchase! As a side sleeper, my left hip seemingly has eased from some of it's issues accredited to the conformity of the product!

We purchased the Tempur-LuxeAdapt Soft mattress and I had mixed feelings at first being that I had zero sleep issues (so I thought) on my prior mattress. My wife pushed to try out the TempurPedic brand & I have to say that I've slept great ever since our mattress arrived. I had no idea that I could sleep this great and wake up feeling refreshing prior to receiving our TempurPedic.

I wish I would have just bought a regular mattress. Just because of the name Tempur Pedic we thought it would be the best. We bought the soft, but we must sleep in the middle because it feels like we are falling out of the bed. At a price of over $4200 we feel like we wasted a lot of money. The retail store we bought it at will not exchange it because we did not buy "THEIR" mattress cover. Even though we have a mattress encasement.

We chose the proadapt soft king Two extra long twins and the the power base . Husband likes his but mine was not soft enough for me . I in turn switched to the luxe adapt soft as it has a thicker layer of the softer layer and it is also about two inches higher than his side ,but that doesn't bother me . it doesn't feel like I'm on a cloud like I was hoping . It is a different feel than a regular mattress . I like it most of the night but upon waking it feels a little firm still for me . With the power base you have a new bed every night witch is really nice All in all I do like it but not sure it's worth the high price

From the moment I rested my body on this bed, I immediately felt supported. The Luxe Adapt wraps itself around me so subtly that I knew I was going to have a great nights sleep. The next morning I woke with a rested feeling and less tossing around for comfort as with a traditional mattress. Side or back sleeping was comfortable and no pressure on my shoulder or hips in either position. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very hesitant on buying this mattress because it's quite the investment...but let me tell you! This mattress was made by the GODS. It is the perfect combination of plush and firm because it is more of a medium firm. You kind of just sink in just enough for it to mold to your shape and body. Every single person that has laid down on this mattresses wishes they had one themselves...true story. If you can afford it, don't even hesitate like I did. I have a herniated lumbar disc that is extremely annoying and affects every single aspect of my life and Tempur-Pedic has helped me with my back pain and with the quality of sleep. I LOVE my mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second TempurPedic mattress and we are very happy with the quality and feel of the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt Firm mattress. The mattress is very supportive and comfortable. Years of back pain had me searching for a better mattress and TempurPedic was the answer. We ordered directly from the TempurPedic website and was very happy with the customer support we received. All my questions were answered thoroughly via the online chat and on the phone and the sales associate was very friendly and professional. I would like to mention that this mattress is higher than a traditional mattress and will effect the choice of foundation. A 9" traditional foundation with this mattress will be quite high. We opted for a 5" traditional foundation as our bedroom set is more traditional, and the height was just right. We will continue to purchase and recommend these wonderful mattress to our family and friends.

For 11 Years my wife and I and recently our small child have slept on a Twin XL Tempurpedic Rapsody and changed to King. March 2019 we purchased the King Size Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze from Gallery Furniture in Houston, it is brand new and not listed on Tempu-Pedic website yet so I selected the Tempur-Luxe. Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze is much better than Rapsody because of the cooling feature and firmness, instead of buying a new motorized box set, we still use the one from before and simply lift left and right side of mattress to make the bed even when we want to watch TV. It is the best mattress and great for two people that had back surgery and issues with our backs.

I purchased this mattress on July 2019. I heard and read that this mattress would help me with my lower back pain. Although I don't like foam mattresses, I decided to give it a try because it was recommended. Tried it the first nights, didn't like it too much as there is no way to escape from the foam. After dealing with that foamy-thing, I started to feel that my higher back was stiff and I felt tired. However, as this mattress was recommended, I thought that my back pain was caused by a different thing. Last December, I had to sleep on a different bed for one month. My back pain disappeared. After that month, I decided to sleep again on my bed. The next day I was dealing with an excruciating back pain. I slept on the bed for one more week and the usual morning lower and higher back pain was back. What I noticed is that my hips sink on the mattress at a different level than my back and shoulders, and my back muscles have to struggle with tension all night long, causing extreme discomfort and back pain in the morning. It's been 6 months since I bought this mattress, so 90-day guarantee is gone and now I'm afraid to sleep on my own bed because of pain.
