I think because the mattress required breaking-in I didn't 'love it from the start'. It's now reasonably comfortable, but not anything I would rave about. I don't find it more comfortable than our previous mattress, which was a good quality pillow-top. We raved about the comfort of that bed, and finally replaced it after twenty years. We expected to improve on that with this mattress, but that is not the case.

have had the product for 5 months now. Delayed writing a review to get a good break in period. I am a big guy and side sleeper and bought this especially for my sleep style. It does not cradle well in hips and shoulders so I toss because of the presure causing a sore back when I wake up. It is the soft model btw. furthermore, I am not sure if my king matress is actually a king! It seemed small and I mesured it a few times and the width seems off by a few inches. I know they say individual matress sizes may vary, but we are talking about three or four inches, to the point where i feel they may have deliveredthe wrong size!. I am overall letdown by this bed for the price. I have had a better sleep on way cheaper mattresses.

The bed was fine for the first week or so, then it got a hump in the middle. It felt like I was sleeping on two twin beds pulled together. We called Bernie & Phyl's where we purchased the Mattress & foundation from. We tried return the items a gentlemen from Bed Check LLC was sent out to check for stains, after he examined the mattress he pointed out we had the wrong foundation. We called Bernie & Phyl's to make a long story short they said it wasn't their problem call Tempur-Pedic !!!!

I am not sure what Tempurpedic changed with their product, but not the same :(. So disappointed with the recent purchase. The last mattress as purchased in 2008 and they no longer manufacture that model. New model that Tempurpedic recommended as closest match was Luxe Adapt.

We've never purchased a new mattress in our lives, so when looking were overwhelmed with all of the options! We wanted a quality mattress that would last for years, something very soft and plush, and a bit on the cooler side. We felt like the LuxeAdapt Soft was just that. We found it to be soft immediately at delivery, didn't take any time to break in, is cool "enough", doesn't motion transfer as much, and just really conforms to your body. Tempur and memory foams tend to retain heat, so rely on cooler sheets, comforter, and other means to stay cooler. We thought about the Breeze line but soft was more important than cool for us. When you lay on this bed, you sink into it, don't move much at night, but you still feel the support while it conforms to your body. We paired it with a Ergo Smart Base and some Dual Cooling King pillows which are great additions. Only complaint is, I wish there was a mattress protector that doesn't change the way a Tempur feels. Nonetheless, I would recommend this mattress to anyone that is a side, back, and combination sleeper. I sleep on my stomach as well and haven't woken up sore. I'm 5'10 150 lbs and my partner is 6'0 180 lbs. We have slept more over the past few weeks, take naps in the bed instead of on the couch, and just look forward to some time in it.

Really do not recommend this product at all. Everyone wants to say there is a break in period but nobody is listening to the actual issue. My house is set at 65 due to having asthma and require it to be colder and the mattress is still SOFT. The mattress sinks thru the supportive layers down to the Hard Density foam causing it to feel as your sleeping on concrete. Now the Tempur-pedic website advertises this 13 inch mattress with layers of conforming comfort with a 9cm comfort layer that Comfort Layer - 9cm that conforms to your body to soothe and relax. Then there is a 3cm support layer which includes the pressure relief of APR Material, plus 30% more ultra-conforming comfort. Now convert the 13 inches to cm and you get 33.02 and that means there is only 12cm (4.72 inches) of foam before you are laying on the High Density Foam. Not enough supportive foam to sleep on and not wake up in pain the next morning. I have done this for over a week now in which the store nor Tempur-pedic wants to replace the mattress for a defect. I have laid on my side and my back however my back, neck, and shoulder, consistently hurt. For the price and the competitive brands out there my expectations were a lot higher from this mattress. Now I'm out the money for this mattress and still had to spend more money for another mattress. Extremely disappointed.

Wife wanted new bed and wanted a Tempur-Pedic, I was a little skeptical but it was well worth it. Both of us are sleeping better than ever ! She complained about the old bed if I got up in the night she would feel me getting in and out of bed. No more, if I get up it does not bother her.

Ever since we purchased this mattress in Aug of 2023, it feels as though the center of the mattress is higher and firmer than the sides. This results is a feeling of falling out of the bed. Since we did not purchase the "mattress protector" from the retail store they told us they will not do anything about any problems we would have. We are currently looking at going back to a Select Comfort mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, this may get long, so bear with me... I had a Cloud Supreme for many years, and it just wasn't working for my back anymore. I got a Pro-Adapt Hybrid Medium to replace it. Tried that for a few weeks, and I realized it was just too firm for me, and I didn't love the springs after not having any for so long. I did a comfort exchange with the retailer, and was going to have a Luxe-Adapt Soft switched with it. Then, I got to thinking, I may as well go all out and get the cooling Luxe-Breeze Soft... so I changed that delivery to the Breeze instead. I tried it for a few weeks, and while some may think it's soft, it truly is more of a medium feel, compared to the Luxe-Adapt. It still was a little too firm for me. I took a trip to a city that had an actual Tempur Pedic store, so I was able to lay on all of the mattresses, all fully broken in. The Luxe-Breeze was never going to get quite as soft as I anticipated or needed, so I came back home and did another exchange to the Luxe-Adapt. This one is very soft, and much better for my hip/back/shoulder problems. I was initially worried it was going to be too soft, but there is still a support layer to it, and it cradles my body better as I sleep on my side. If anyone is debating between the Luxe-Adapt Soft and the Luxe-Breeze Soft, they definitely have very different feels and softness. (They have different Tempur materials) I would still say the Luxe-Breeze is towards the medium side, while the Luxe-Adapt is very soft, cloud like. Thankfully for me, the third time was the charm!

I keep questioning if this mattress was worth the money. I haven't came up with a answer yet. I will say this, I am sleeping 6-7 hours straight at night. I have not done that in YEARS!! My dog is nine and I had to retrain him not to wake me up during the night to void. So my sleep hours are great. The adjustable base really helps with my sinuses. Now for the things that I'm not pleased with: My shoulder and hip hurts more with this bed than my last and I am not happy with the split mattresses. Also this bed is not good for intimacy. The split is odd and your mate seems to be so far away. I would have kept a queen size bed over a king. Also customer service is amazing!!
