If you enjoy lower back pain most days when you awaken, this is the bed for you. Your hips sink lower than your spine. I first tried a medium hybrid and returned it for this. It was so firm it was actually funny to me how a bed like that could be made.. If I could take this bed outside and burn it, I would.

This is definitely firm, at first you might go "I made a mistake, I should have gone medium". But it softens up pretty quickly to the right point. As someone with multiple herniated discs, this is so far the best mattress I've tried. No ache in the morning when I stand up, which was usually the problem with my old mattress. It's comfy, not terribly warm (compared to what people were telling me), and it has just enough give to relieve pressure points that other firm mattresses create.

The support is very nice. Firm yet supple. I don't find it hot but I did cover with a mattress protector and a cooling pad that I had from my previous bed.

We are extremely happy with the king matress we purchased. Joseph did an outstanding job in demonstrating all the available choices. Delivery was expedited and we have had 2 nights with it and we are very pleased. The Glendale store was a pleasure to shop at and they did a wonderful job of meeting our needs.

This mattress is genuinely the best out there. I have tried many others and have returned them and went back to the Tempur-pedic. If you are first time user, just know there is about a week of adjustment period, at least for me there was. But it truly is a great mattress.

Prior to this I owned a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme. The best mattress I ever owned until it eventually failed. With that said I knew I was going back with another Tempur-Pedic. I replaced it with this TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® 2.0 Medium Hybrid - Queen after months of testing and sleeping in random stores. I've had this mattress for over a year and it is miserable. I kept thinking that it wasn't broken in but in a year it should be. It is super firm and sleeps extremely hot. I've never had an issue with sweating overnight until this mattress. Though the description says cool to touch it is very misleading . It's unfortunate I sleep better in hotels then at home. After spending so much money on a mattress I'm frustrated that I'm now going to have to buy another mattress. I just can't trust going back with another Tempur-Pedic

dont buy tempurpedic from sams club. if you recieve the wrong item and refuse shipment it is impossible to get your refund. Just out of 3500 dollars. Unacceptable sams club. on the phone with customer service for the fourth time. Basically, calling me a criminal and just trying to make money off of them. offered proof from the delivery vendor that we didn't accept but still not helping.

The bed in the showroom was very comfortable whether on my back or side. When we received our brand new medium Hybrid Luxe Adapt mattresses, they were like rocks, after 5 months (beyond the free exchange period) they softened somewhat and we have experienced pressure points in our lower back, upper back, neck and shoulders which has created sleep issues - frequently waking and experiencing numbness in our arms from side sleeping. SO NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Tempur-pedic Pro-adapt, I already knew I was a customer for life. However, after comparing the models, I decided the Luxe was sounded more fit for my needs. I'm VERY happy with the upgrade, and recommend it to everyone I know.

We have a split king, and these are the most comfortable mattresses we've ever owned. I fall asleep within minutes, sometimes seconds, of lying down. My wife had had neck and back pain with other mattresses for years. She finally gets relief from both with our new bed.
