I had major back surgery in 1999. Bolts, plates, rods… I also have 5 herniated discs in my neck. My docs have been trying for years to help me sleep better and for longer than a few hours at a time. I was down to ONE position of lying only on my right side and waking to a dead shoulder and frequent headaches and backaches. I haven't slept flat on my back since before my back surgery and injury. I DO NOW!!! I'm taking less medication to sleep and sleeping better and longer than I have in YEARS. Our new Stearns & Foster Estate Firm Tight Top Mattress - Queen is fabulous. We had an older model Stearns & Foster Queen mattress and it needed to be retired.
