I use these 0 carb taco sized tortillas for a snack that I am totally addicted to. I air fry the pepper jack cheese I get at Sam’s Club in my air fryer at 350 for 4 minutes and then take them out and let the cool for about 1 minute. Then place the cheese on these tortillas and enjoy the perfect Keto snack. My biggest challenge is trying to keep from eating a dozen in one sitting.

Love these small tortillas! These, and their larger counterparts, are my favorites on my KETO lifestyle. I have learned to keep these small tortillas in the refrigerator after opening. This helps make them easier to separate. In addition to traditional style wraps, we also love to make mini pizzas with them.
