I’d give it a negative 10 if I could. Horrible on all levels. If I could return for $ back I would. Poor quality product, flavor, processing of item (bone chips, chemical taste, after taste, try using more of the “prime cuts” of the hog. I will NEVER purchase this again. 🤮

We love these sausages. We usually cook them in two or three batches using a counter top oven, with a Ninja or Temphur oven which can bake, broil, or air fry. I bought a small tray that fits on one. of the oven rack, lay a sheet of foildown,then lay approx 1/2 the sausages on the tray. And, then broil them. Do not bake them. use a rubber maif type box. Then you can cook dome scrambled eggs in the microwave for an instant brrakfast. Use paper towels brtween the sausages and refrig rather than freeze. You Should only freeze if you wont use up the ssusages in a few days. Put a liittle syrup over the sausages and eggs. Put a banana with it and you get you or family out thedoor quickly.

Excellent texture and taste

Quality product, good flavor, decent price, but the patties are not wrapped or bagged inside the cardboard box. If you’re not feeding a large group you have to remove the product from the box and wrap/bag it yourself or it gets freezer burned pretty quickly. Doesn’t seem like a particularly safe way to package and transport a raw meat product, even frozen.
