I love this brand of sausage. My parents are from the South so I'm accustomed to quality and fresh pork products. These sausages taste authentic like the sausage i ate growing up. I thought Sam's had stopped selling them. So glad they're back!

Great tasting sausage patties to make egg sandwich or as a side meat. Great flavor with a hint of spice. I divide and seal freeze so I have them ready for breakfast and save from freezer burn.

Thanks for changing the packaging! Much better now that the box doesn’t have a window and the patties don’t stick together and need to be pried apart anymore.

These are great to have on hand for making breakfast for yourself or the whole family. Additionally, it is much more convenient than having to slice a roll of sausage when you only want a patty or two.

Just the right size for frozen biscuits. Very little fat and good seasoning. Like mine with a little heat so I usually add a little red pepper flakes.
