These are better than expected. I feel like maybe I had bought them some years ago and didn't care for them because I used to avoid them. I've been purchsing since last Christmas and have no complaints. Everyone likes them. The flavor is pretty good and they don't tend to shrink so much.

Good value for a great product. This has been a staple in our home for sometime. The flavor is mild and tasty. The only sausage my elderly mother will eat. Plenty of patties in the box. Just take out the servings that you need and put the rest back in the freezer. We have never had a bad experience with this product.

Love this breakfast sausage. Best bang for your buck. Wax paper makes it easy to pull just a few out at a time.i add a little water to my pan and cook on med. Drain extra water to crisp up. Family favorite. I make breakfast sandwiches with it. With bagels or English muffins, cheese and egg.

This product is too expensive. Sausage prices had gone up drastically like crude oil prices. Make no sense. The food is good but each patty makes too much oil. The patty can start at 3-1/2 inches round but the cook patty come to 2 inches round. Too much added by-product. Takes away from the quality.

Tasty (the best I've had recently) and so easy/quick to cook up. And there's no gristle or fillers. I sometime add seasoning while cooking (ex: Spice Island Premium Taco Seasoning). When done, I scoop them from pan, add a little butter, and cook up hashbrowns in same pan. Convenience of big box is great too - I store them in freezer and take out what I need.

These little sausage patties are delicious. Not too bland, not too spicy, just the right texture. The instructions say to cook in a pan on the stove, but I tried laying them on a sheet pan in the oven and they did great. If you want them to taste like they've been pan- fried, you can crisp them up on the stovetop afterward. Highly recommend.

Originally found this product at Sam's, and then was discontinued. In the interim links from this brand were stocked, and while We tryed them they just weren't as good. My Wife spotted the return of the patties and We bought a box. There are always many variables when purchasing any product. In this case We like the taste or spice blend, and texture of the meat(s) used. The patties are pre-sliced, and placed on like a parchment/wax paper. There are 6 patties to a layer in the box, and is just easy to grab what You need quickly. So definitely is low mess, and a time saver. We were a fan of a major brand of breakfast sausage for many years, but Swaggerty's has taken It's place.

I prepare a pair of these from frozen in a cast iron skillet on medium low to medium setting. After several minutes a quick flip with the fork, wait a few more minutes and they are ready to eat. I like the flavor and these easier to prepare compared to tube shaped sausages.
