The silver backsplash I ordered came quickly with no hassles. Unfortunately, 3 of the panels had the corners bent inward somehow. It was easy to straighten the bends and so the product was still easy to put up on my garage wall. Nevertheless, the product damage (though slight) shouldn't have happened at all. Glad I was able to "undue" the damage without much effort.

This is the 2nd time for me ordering your cabinets. The first time was just perfect they shipped well hung easy and looked great. This time they came dented not bad but really should not be that way. You still have a great product and I will use you again just disappointed they came that way.

This slatwall backsplash was a little disappointing compared to my other NewAge purchases. The pieces ar3e metal and cannot be cut to size easily. The finish is slightly different from the PVC slatwall so it doesn't match. There is a magnetic top piece that looks good but renders the top slat of the backsplash useless because it doesn't hold hooks. Also, the backsplash doesn't hold the accessory hooks as tightly as they hold on the PVC slatwall.

I took the straps off and lifted the top and the outside carton off everything looked great. Yesterday I had my contractor for a couple of hours so we were going to install. When we took the botton tray off Glen (my carpenter) noticed a little ding ob the face of the bottom. We ordered them twice. They are excellent quality. Heavy to unload the base cabinets. We live in remote area with limited truckers for delivery. They messed up one cabinet and didn’t ship our bamboo top but NewAge fixed it for us. We love these products.

The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.

They don't sell the hooks for this. I installed it and then couldn't find hooks for it. Nothing on the Newage site that I could see... Also, we couldn't use it as a backsplash as shown in the photos because it doesn't run the length of the wall cabinets! Kind of crazy!!!

I bought a seven piece set, and then two extra base cabinets at different times. This took place the middle of December and the beginning of January. The seven piece set came on a pallet, and the delivery company was nice enough to fork it into my garage with a pallet jack. All of the packages arrived with tears or cuts in the packaging though they are packaged really well and the only damage I noted was a small dent on the lower side of one of the base cabinets and it really isn't noticeable because its butted up against another cabinet. The cabinets themselves are easy to install. I did it myself in my basement using a hand cart to get them down the stairs. They look pretty good if not a little like file cabinets which is alright in my basement. I think I might put a set in my garage. Seems to be good quality and I like the adjustable shelving. I've had no contact with customer service, so can't review that aspect.

I’ve had the cabinets for several months, very easy to assemble I completed the project by myself. Two things I would like to see upgrade it would be the front bottom of the cabinet face of the tall cabinets. It was accidentally stepped on when the cabinet was open and crumbled in the stainless steel workbench being one piece

The carton it arrived in had no visible signs of damage. As I unpacked the cabinet, none of the packing material was damaged in any way - e.g. corner cardboard materials all looked good. But as you can see, it was crumpled in the corner shown. Had to take a hammer and piece of wood and wail away on it to get it to look semi-decent and be able to fit snug against cabinet next to it. This is the second time a delivered product was damaged even thought the shipping material was not. So it obviously left the factory damaged. Poor quality control.
