It's a nice backsplash kit. Not exactly sure why it needed to be steel though. For something in such a small space, it's not like you're going to put something super heavy on it. I have other slat walls from other companies on my main garage walls that are made out of PVC that do the same job. I gave it four stars because while it is nice I just don't think it needs to be steel or something in such a small space. Only reason I bought this one was because it went with the storage set up that I had bought . Plus it makes it hard if you need to get around an outlet. If you don't want to make the outlet covered, you have to cut into the steel which avoids the warranty. I ended up doing it, and it was a lot more work than it really needed to be.

I purchased 4 of the 30” lockers. They arrived in perfect condition. They look nice and are very functional. Put the feet on and they are ready to go. The 24 ga was ok for my intended use. I’m certain the pro series would be fabulous. So happy with my purchase I ordered 3 more the following week. 1 more 30” locker and 2 of the base cabinets. Can’t wait till they get here to finish the project. Good job newage!!

I bought New Age Cabinets several years ago and love them. They still look like new despite my attempts to abuse them. Bought the rolling cabinet for a little more storage. The mobility is a bonus. The cabinet was easy to assembly (just put on the wheels) and fit perfectly with the existing cabinets. I have built my own garage cabinets and work benches in the past. This is a far better and more usable idea. It holds and organizes a lot of stuff and looks good doing it. And then there is the price. You get a lot for your money. And it is quality. I highly recommend New Age garage cabinets.

I purchased 3 of these as well as two 48" lockers about a month ago and I am very pleased. It may be because I am close to a distribution center, but they arrived ridiculously fast as well! I highly recommend these, good quality and great price when you shop around.

We bought these for our garage set-up in Venice FL 4 years ago. We like them so well that we ordered another set (a different color--I get bored easily), for the new house we are currently building. They are still in the boxes, however I opened each one and inspected them to validate any issues. One door on a tall cabinet was stuck inside the frame. The rep offered me some money or a replacement. I fixed it pretty easily. Our garage at this house is not heated and so far neither the heat or salt air has had any effect on them. With the exception of some sunscreen I got on them when removing things (I'm sure it will wipe off easily), they look like new. They are a good day's work to install (if you have the large set as we do), but certainly doable by someone who is pretty handy. Our garage is all block, so having the ability to drill it (hammer drill) is important.

I made my research trying to find a perfect backsplash wall for my small work area in my garage. There are many options in the market but some are to expensive and others are to weak. I selected this NewAge Slatwall and I am very happy. It is heavy duty and the price is affordable.

Although there were a few dent and ding with the delivery, it wasn’t worth the bother of exchanging. The cabinets hang easily and look great! We shopped around, and these are the most sturdy, and come in colors other than black or grey. They really brighten up the garage. Will add pics once the garage is put together.

They don't sell the hooks for this. I installed it and then couldn't find hooks for it. Nothing on the Newage site that I could see... Also, we couldn't use it as a backsplash as shown in the photos because it doesn't run the length of the wall cabinets! Kind of crazy!!!

I took the straps off and lifted the top and the outside carton off everything looked great. Yesterday I had my contractor for a couple of hours so we were going to install. When we took the botton tray off Glen (my carpenter) noticed a little ding ob the face of the bottom. This is my second purchase of the Bold 3.0 72" Bamboo Top (72 x 18 x 1). I recently installed a set of these, then soon after installation, I sold my home, I intended on taking it with me since I liked it so well. The buyer requested I leave it because it looked so nice in my garage (of course with some additional cash I did) As soon as I arrived at my new home, I ordered another one. I am putting epoxy on the garage floor first. I want to complete that job before putting the new one together and now that the weather is warming it will be soon. Looking forward to getting them up- love these cabinets they look great, have tons of storage, and are well very made.
