We replaced every mattress in our house with this within 6 months of getting the first one. We LOVE this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable mattress. You sink into it but it's not so soft that it's uncomfortable. It is the perfect amount of softness and firmness. We have slept so sound on it since we have gotten it. Would definitely reccomend this bed to anyone!

The mattress comes vacuum sealed in a box. When you open it lay it out for 24 hours as seen in the uploaded picture. I highly recommend this for a good night sleep with the price of it too. Absolutely love it!

I was sleeping in a firm bed when I transitioned to this one the first couple of days my back hurt because I wasn’t used to it. My partner wanted a softer bed and when we got it I started regretting it! But now it’s like sleeping on a cloud! Even my dog loves it as you can see from the picture! It was super easy to set up it didn’t take that long to expand! Highly recommend!

Mattress seemed OK at first. I returned it at 6 months. It had no support on the edges and seemed to be "shrinking" in height. Outer cover was actually gathering along the bottom all the way around, which to me indicated it was compressing overall. I actually could feel some springs in one spot when I slept on my side. I'm not a little fellow ( 6'2" and 220 lbs) but should not have felt springs. When I sat on the edge of the bed, I could feel springs poking at the side of the bed. This was my second bad experience with "mattress in a box". I'm going to go back to a regular mattress.

This mattress is awful! The moment I lay on it I get nerve pain down my shoulder blade. Tossing and turning are normal with this squishy bed. Returning but Sam's makes it a hassle. I don't have a truck and their so called pickup partner AIT never leaves a message or callback number! I will be getting my money back, this mattress is a dud!

To start, the mattress didn’t even come with a label — no brand, no specs, nothing. That was the first red flag. The edges are extremely soft, like a pillow, and the firmness is nonexistent. It sinks in the center, even after rotating it, and we’ve had it for less than a month. Honestly, it feels like I ended up with a cheap Temu mattress by mistake. As bad as the mattress is, the return process has been even worse. I've been dealing with it for almost a month now, and there's still no resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this mattress or seller to anyone.

I can feel the springs and after 1 week it is sagging .I weigh 90 lbs. very disapointed. Will I be charged for returning and can it be picked up from my home?
