Our backs where killing us and I get hot easily. We decided to give this a try and very please on the sleep difference we had. My husband hasn't been sleeping good but after one night of having he said he slept really good.

I was finding my tempurpedic was way too hard and hot for me and this topper has made it so much more comfortable. Not as cooling as I would like but it really has helped alleviate the discomfort I was waking up with in all my pressure points.

We are impressed with the purchase. It arrived in a timely manner and when unpackaged, it did not take days to take shape. The coolness can be felt even when a mattress cover is used. After a month of use, there are no signs of favorite spots where we sleep. We would recommend this item for others looking to purchase.

I bought this for my daughter, this offers more comfort to her futon bed. She has been getting a better night's sleep since she started using it. Also, it quickly uncompressed once unpacked. The last one we had, we had to leave it out for data to uncompress.

I bought this topper hoping it would help me sleep cooler. When paired with Tempurpedic cooling sheets there is a slight cooling effect but after laying in the same spot for more than a minute or 2 I'm back to being hot and have to shift to different spot. When paired with regular Egyptian cotton sheets I honestly don't feel any cooling effect at all. It's very plush if you want to make your bed more soft however I prefer a firmer mattress. At this point the only reason I keep it on my bed is bc I have no where to store it and I don't want to go through the hassle of repackaging and returning.

I bought this mattress topper as a temporary fix to put on an old mattress until I got the new mattress. We have friends staying with us and they actually thought that it was a brand new mattress and it was a really good sleep time for them. They actually woke up this time with no backache or any other aches and pains. I definitely recommend this product.

I previously owned a 2" gel memory foam topper, but when I quit getting a good night's sleep on it, I removed it but had several restless nights on a very hard mattress. I started looking for a new topper at Sam's and came across this Serta 3" topper. I got a great night's sleep from the first night. I didn't have to unfold it and let it set undisturbed for 2 days like I did with my previous topper. I just unrolled this topper, let it start to spread out, and then finished unfolding it. Voila! It was ready to sleep on. And if you like a cover, as I do, this topper comes with one.

1. quality in wrapping, (they wrapped it in a nice cloth) 2. very supportive and soft I was having shoulder and hip pains, changed to this topper and now I sleep without pain. I have just a smidgen of 1 shoulder letting me know it's still a problem but it is so minor that a little adjustment and no discomfort at all. A 10 year warranty also. Serta is QUALITY all the way on this one!!! odor is quite minor, I may add

It was very cold when I first put on bed. It was weird it was so cold. Next night did not appear as cold as first night. I put it on a bed that already has 3 inches of cooling built in the matters. The matters was new and was not sure if it would be as plush as I wanted, so this topper was purchased as a backup. This is because the matters was replacing one I just returned and did not want to go thru the return process again if it did not work so I purchased this topper. It is nice, I do stay cool, but I do use it along with bamboo sheets.

I've had this foam topper for several months now. It has been helpful cushioning my day-to-day annoying joint discomfort and helping me fall asleep. The quality seems to be good although I've noticed that it is an inch or 2 short of width on my king size mattress. I'm not sure how if it will help with more acute back and joint pain as you have to lift your body some to turn or move since you sink into the topper.
