It was very cold when I first put on bed. It was weird it was so cold. Next night did not appear as cold as first night. I put it on a bed that already has 3 inches of cooling built in the matters. The matters was new and was not sure if it would be as plush as I wanted, so this topper was purchased as a backup. This is because the matters was replacing one I just returned and did not want to go thru the return process again if it did not work so I purchased this topper. It is nice, I do stay cool, but I do use it along with bamboo sheets.

I bought this topper hoping it would help me sleep cooler. When paired with Tempurpedic cooling sheets there is a slight cooling effect but after laying in the same spot for more than a minute or 2 I'm back to being hot and have to shift to different spot. When paired with regular Egyptian cotton sheets I honestly don't feel any cooling effect at all. It's very plush if you want to make your bed more soft however I prefer a firmer mattress. At this point the only reason I keep it on my bed is bc I have no where to store it and I don't want to go through the hassle of repackaging and returning.

Made in USA.. This topper is so comfortable it sleeps great!! We bought the queen size and cut one of the sides off a little to fit in our RV on top of the mattress that is in it. Although our camper is new we wanted it to be as comfortable as being at home and it is with this topper. The foli system is under the mattress so there are no issues with moisture but I dont know if that would've been an issue. We would buy again and we would definitely recommend this topper.

I bought this mattress topper as a temporary fix to put on an old mattress until I got the new mattress. We have friends staying with us and they actually thought that it was a brand new mattress and it was a really good sleep time for them. They actually woke up this time with no backache or any other aches and pains. I definitely recommend this product.

I've had this foam topper for several months now. It has been helpful cushioning my day-to-day annoying joint discomfort and helping me fall asleep. The quality seems to be good although I've noticed that it is an inch or 2 short of width on my king size mattress. I'm not sure how if it will help with more acute back and joint pain as you have to lift your body some to turn or move since you sink into the topper.

I bought this to replace a very comfortable mattress topper because it is supposed to provide a cooling sensation. It does not cool at all, but it is a comfortable topper. For comfort, it gets a 5/5, for cooling it gets a 0/5. There is no returning it. Once it comes out of the box it is not going back in. I put the old mattress pad back on my bed and rolled this one up with some bungee cords. It’s taking up a lot of space in a guest room closet until I can figure out what to do with it. I wish I had not bought it.

We are impressed with the purchase. It arrived in a timely manner and when unpackaged, it did not take days to take shape. The coolness can be felt even when a mattress cover is used. After a month of use, there are no signs of favorite spots where we sleep. We would recommend this item for others looking to purchase.

After a few nights of no sleep on an expensive new mattress, we purchased this Serta 3" Gel topper and it made all the difference! It provided just enough cushion without being too soft and it seems to feel cool. This was a game changer for us. I can't wait to crawl into bed at night now!

Very firm. Overall nice quality but this is not soft and cushy at all. It’s very firm for a topper. If you don’t put the cover over it , you will sleep hot on top of it. Mine had no smell when I unwrapped it.
