Great while on the go or with a meal. Easy on the digestion with a noticeable energy boost that is not overwhelming. I take it with me in the car when I can’t stop for a meal and it really tides me over. I make this product a part of every meal and you should too. Try it you’ll like it!

I love boost and have been drinking it for years as a healthier snack between meals. The chocolate flavor is my favorite and I’m happy that my local store is finally stocking this. For years, all I could find at the store was another popular brand of protein shake (starts with a “P”), but it is full of artificial flavors, colors, sugars, etc. and has a weird aftertaste. Boost just tastes so much better and has better ingredients. And it’s reasonably priced. A winner in my book. I hope my local store continues to stock this. You can still buy the strawberry and vanilla flavors online, though.

The best nutritional drink supplement with lots of protein! My 90 yr old Dad looks forward to his daily light chocolate flavored Boost! It helps to keep him physically strong and mentally alert so he can continue to age gracefully at home and keep up with his grandkids!

while this product does have the high protein we needed for our son, it was just too sweet! Only way to make this more palatable for any of of us, (so none of the 28 bottles went to waste!) was to mix into a smoothy with milk, fruit, ice cubes, or ice cream!
