Good flavor, not chalky

I like to put this in my mouth. Sometimes I'm just sitting there looking at an extra large pizza with a side of sausage for dinner, and you know how that's going to hit at 2am. I'm not 18 anymore. If I pack that away, come 2am I'm going to be choking on it. So instead, I say to myself, "Self, have a small slice of the za and chase it in a few hours with a bottle of chocolate Boost." Then I'm not waking up at 2am. I pretty much sleep all night. Tummy happy. Mouth happy.

This is helping my husband, who has lost his taste of smell and food from Covid in the past two years. Boost is a good food source, which has a good taste, and gives him protein he needs daily. Yes I would recommend. I’ve also experienced, working in a nursing home, that a residents daughter used this product everyday for her father x3. He was elderly, about 99 yrs. and this kept him alive longer, when he had a hard time with textures of his food. Yes, I would recommend.
