And it has helped me know that this drink actually does help rejuvenate you. I even shared some with my husband and he said the same thing. It's not like the other energy drinks, you don't get trembley...you feel the hydration and rejuvenation you get from boost. The flavor is good, but I plan to try other flavors to find one that suits my pallet. Packaging looks nice, but it does seem to be plastic overkill. I actually thought it would be nice to have a large container in the fridge to pour a serving as we need it. I've not seen any other packaged like that, boost could be the 1st to set a new standard. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would recommend it! If you are trying to get fit, or have a new high energy puppy to chase, or you are on vacation...this product is great for all the above and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a free bottle of Boost High Protein Drink in Very Vanilla, so I could give my feedback. It's got the two things I need the most- great flavor and high protein! With 20g of Protein, it's great as a meal replacement, or a snack in between meals. (I'm actually drinking it for lunch as I type this!) It's got 28 grams of carbs and only 15g of those are sugar. 240 total calories, which is pretty low cal if you're drinking it as a meal. I just am amazed at how good it tastes, though! Not chalky or odd-tasting at all, like the protein powders I've tried. I guess I'm going to have to put it on my shopping list and get me some more of it!

You don't need to choke it down, tastes really close to the flavor that is stated. I will certainly drink these more and more. A good substitute to some other not so flavorful options out there.

Wow, it really tastes great, nice texture and no bad aftertaste. My nausea went away and I felt rejuvenated. Excellent way to "boost" your body - nutrients and protein without a lot of calories. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Boost Rich Chocolate High Protein drink. The drink tastes like a chocolate milk but contains 20g of protein. I chilled mine well, gave it a good shake and poured it o er ice. The taste was smooth and creamy, not gritty. At 250 calories for 8 ounces, this would be a meal replacement option for me. For someone who is older or has an intense workout this might be a supplement to their regular meals. Either way, it is loaded with 27 vitamins and minerals. I like it for those mornings that I am running late. I can grab it and enjoy on my morning commute. The combination of taste and convenience make this a winner!

For ten years I used Boost to start my day improving my health. I used it everyday but then on one day I noticed how much added sugar was in each one. 30% added sugar, how can you call that healthy. I will not have it again until they take out all the sugar

They have so many added benefits to drinking them ,like me I am a very busy mom of 2 and dont always have time to make sure I get the nutrition needed on a daily basis so being able to have that in Boost makes life so much easier. Boost has a lot of nutrients our bodies need to keep us strong. I received the Chocolate Boost drink and it was very tasty, the texture was very similar to chocolate milk. It is easy to open and it doesn't have to be stored in the refrigerator until you want it chilled. I have only used 1 bottle so far, I will have to update on the effects but I'm looking forward to it!!!

I’ve been drinking boost for years, and really loved it. It was a great on the go meal replacement, easy on the stomach, and had a decent taste unlike so many other drinks out there. Suddenly, I’ve gotten drinks with a new white cap, instead of the old red, and I’m very disappointed. I can only assume this is a new formula change, but I desperately hope it is changed back. When I first unknowingly drank the new formula, I checked the expiration date, because it tasted so off I assumed it must have expired (it hadn’t. . .). What made this drink so superior to its competitors was its taste, so I hope the formula will be changed back.
