And it has helped me know that this drink actually does help rejuvenate you. I even shared some with my husband and he said the same thing. It's not like the other energy drinks, you don't get trembley...you feel the hydration and rejuvenation you get from boost. The flavor is good, but I plan to try other flavors to find one that suits my pallet. Packaging looks nice, but it does seem to be plastic overkill. I actually thought it would be nice to have a large container in the fridge to pour a serving as we need it. I've not seen any other packaged like that, boost could be the 1st to set a new standard. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would recommend it! If you are trying to get fit, or have a new high energy puppy to chase, or you are on vacation...this product is great for all the above and more!

Wow, it really tastes great, nice texture and no bad aftertaste. My nausea went away and I felt rejuvenated. Excellent way to "boost" your body - nutrients and protein without a lot of calories. The chocolate flavor is so rich and creamy that by the time you have half the container empty your feeling full and the best part is no Griddy particles you can feel in your mouth after wards or nasty after tastes. This is my new go to meal replacement because I get the vitamins and nutrients I need to satisfy my hunger and hunger to lose weight!

I should have bought more when it has instant savings of $6, these shakes are ridiculously expensive elsewhere, it's crazy. They are very good, just tastes like chocolate milk, if I had known they'd be so good I would have skipped the atkins shakes I bought just bought another one of these.

I had tried other flavors and wasn't impressed. I decided to give the Boost 20 Gram Chocolate flavored and was very pleasantly surprised at the GREAT taste. There was no bad after taste and the chocolate flavor was very smoothe and it contained all the needed Protein and vitamins I needed without just simply having to hold my nose and choke it down!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs the Vitamins and Protein!!! You have to give this product a try and I know without a doubt you will not be disappointed!!!

You don't need to choke it down, tastes really close to the flavor that is stated. I will certainly drink these more and more. A good substitute to some other not so flavorful options out there.
