Deliciously good, not sweet, doesn't have any after taste, not grainy unlike the vegan or vegetarian protein drink. I need to watch out drinking it because I gained weight (2 lbs).

i tried supplementing one meal with this product and deveoped diahrhea in 3 days. stopped drinking, gut got ok. ivgave some to friendv, he developes constipation, so very much depends upon how every indiv reacts to it. i cant use it.

Tastes great. Helps increase my protein intake when I am on the run. I feel it really boosts my immunity because my allergies aren't as bad since I have been drinking it.
