I’m not sure how effective the vitamins are since I haven’t really noticed a change in how I feel or anything, but that’s the same with any vitamin. They were stuck together in the container, but my other vitamin gummies do the exact same thing. I would buy these for sure!

I never liked gummies type vitamins due to the high sugar content but these are great. 👍🏼 they provide essential vitamins and nutrients without the high sugar! Great packaging and great gummies. The sugar alcohol that is in them also doesn’t upset my stomach, like many others do. I would love to see this product in other flavors like berry. It comes in a fun strawberry lemonade flavor - it tastes sweet but sour, similarly to strawberry gummies. It’s very easy to implement this to diet since it feels similar to eating candy. I like that they changed it up and went with the strawberry lemonade flavor and not the regular typical gummy vitamin flavors. It doesn't taste too artificial. They are a nice texture of gumminess. I even shared with my husband and he like them as well. Definitely something that we would purchase as a family in the future! They have a good amount of vitamins and them and it's a good number of gummies. I also like that there are no synthetic dyes or high fructose corn syrup and they are aspartame free!

If that's what it takes for kids to eat a vitamin then great, I guess, but adults should probably just be able to eat, swallow, drink or chew any type of vitamin. It comes down to price and preference, but no wait! Now there is a vitamin that tastes great AND it's sugar free? I was skeptical of its taste, but then again, does your daily multi-vitamin really need to taste delicious? (Most of my supplements I just swallow with lukewarm morning coffee.) Nature Made sugar-free multi-vitamins are yummy and they have all the vitamins that a growing/grown body needs! The suggested daily dose is two, so I try to always have one alongside breakfast and again in the evening. I have no complaints about them or their taste, and I was incentivized by Influenster to write an honest review.
