They are very and very soft unlike the other vitamins that say gummies and are stiff and a little tough to chew and get stuck in your teeth. These Nature made vitamins live up to their name and more!

A large plastic jar with a cheerful design, with fruit on the label. The tight lid is not simple, but with protection. It is necessary to press, just so can not unscrew. Most vitamins have a weird taste or after taste to them, and these did not. When I first started chewing it, it reminded me of a fruit roll up. The fact that it has zero sugar is a plus.

The sugar alcohol that is in them also doesn’t upset my stomach, like many others do. I would love to see this product in other flavors like berry. Not sure how I feel about the gummies having extra unnecessary ingredients such as canola oil, palm oil and coloring ingredient. But overall, will be best evaluated after taking this for at least a month.
