Zevo has changed all of that! I am so grateful for these 2 pack of refills. They are so easy to setup inside the plug in. I just take off the film, click it in,plug it in,and done. They last a while and I appreciate how big the area is on these. They trap bugs easily and there's plenty of room incase. This has helped my home big time during our occasional fruit fly problem. But the product was packaged very well and easily to remove from the package and replace back in the it’s original container. There is no smell and it’s pet friendly.
