Hi there! We are sorry to hear that the Zevo Full Size Refill: 2 Indoor Light Trap Refill Cartridges did not perform as well as you expected. To help improve its effectiveness, you might consider adjusting the trap placement by moving it to a location that provides better access for insects, avoiding areas behind doors, furniture, or other obstacles. Also, try to keep the trap away from competing attractants like bright windows or other light sources, especially at night, as these can interfere with the trap blue and UV light. It may also take some time for the trap to reach optimal effectiveness, so please allow it some time to capture more insects. Please contact Zevo at 1-866-215-1297 for further assistance.
