We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as we'd expect you to get the best possible results with our Zevo Trap. If you haven't already, we suggest moving your Trap to a different spot, making sure it's not tucked away behind furniture or other items, or near other lights at night. We hope this is helpful, and please give us a call at (866) 215-1297 if you'd like any further assistance.

We'd like to mention that our current refills are compatible with our Model 3 Trap, but not our Model 2 Trap, which has been discontinued. We do not recommend modifying the refill, as our products should only be used as directed. We'd like to learn more about your experience and see how we can best assist you further, so please give us a call at (800) 374-9429 when you have a moment.
