LOVE this trap! We bought the starter kit a few months ago and it took a while for them to start working, but now they trap our flies so well. I don't know why it takes a while to get it going, but we could not be more grateful for this odorless, hands off, chemical free trap!!

Edited - Sams corrected this order - and the 12 cartridges have arrived. thank you so much for the prompt response and correction -- Thank you Sams Club for making this holiday season easier I ordered 12 cartridges from Sam's - I only got a box with 2 cartridges. I saw this was a problem but I was hoping that it would have been fixed by the time my order was processed. Now I have to figure out how to get this corrected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so easy to use. Slip in the the sticky filter, plug it in the outlet and it does it’s job. It collects so many bugs. I’ve been battling drain flies, & the Zebo trap is a great supplement to treating the drains. It attracted about a dozen of the little flies the first couple days I used it.

Bought the Zevo kit that came with two cartridges. Didn’t work super well, but I thought I’d give it a healthy chance. Went to buy refills only to find out that now they sell the “model 3” and my device is obsolete. Defeats the purpose of refills if they keep changing the device. Oh and those changes? They’re minimal at best and obviously designed to only make you have to buy another device.

I am so glad to hear another customer is bothered by no see-ums inside the house. Also, I never thought that I had so many tiny flying insects in the house. But, it is proof when I replace the sticky cartridge how many are on it. This product works wonders.

My review is only the shipping part. Just like everyone else is saying, it seems there's a disconnect in the warehouse because I too only received 2 refill pack instead of the 12 cartridge shown, I called customer service and was given a replacement and that too only has 2 refill cartridge, it's frustrating because I really like this product and when I saw it sell in Sam's, I thought it's a really good buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keep the flies, mosquitoes, fruit flies out with the Zevo traps and refills! I live out in the country and one is NOT enough. I keep the refills on hand when I need them. There is no scent that I can smell.

I have had fruit flies for years and am so impressed with this product. I actually killed all at night to return to the lavatory and have swarms covering the room. I believe they were hatching in the window track. Within a few hours these were under control. Within 24 hours, I moved the plug in to the kitchen and had laundry/lavatory/storage room doors open. I may see one every few hours but not for long. This price is worth every penny---I can now open my doors to the garage, patio, front porch and not worry. I got the spray but really didn't need it--yet!!! It is very strong and I need to be away quickly after spraying. $7 for refills that will last 90 days is a steal---I HATE FRUIT FLIES. If you can or preserve foods in summers, you're gonna get flies. Thank You Zevo.

They work awesome and are so easy to install without getting your hands sticky. I’ve tried some competitors and the only way to replace is to touch the sticky pad. That defeats the purpose! These are great to avoid that.
