We're sorry to hear that your Zevo Flying Insect Trap didn't catch as many flying insects as you had hoped, Debra. Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they bring you excellent results, so we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as this isn't something we'd expect. If the blue LED light is on and the trap isn’t catching bugs, it may have to do with placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects. Avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for them to access, like behind furniture, curtains, or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot. Also, some people use traps in their garage, or in a room just inside their garage to catch bugs before they enter the house. We hope these tips help. If the blue LED light isn't on, or if further assistance is needed, please give us a call at (866) 215-1297. We'll be happy to help.
