The blue and UV light is designed to attract insects, Vicki, so if the light is on and the trap isn’t catching bugs, it may have to do with placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects. In addition, to make the device appealing to bugs, it’s best if it’s not placed near other lights at night.
