Don't buy this, they changed the quality.

Product doesn't work as well as it used to. Doesn't attract bugs. Since they changed the trap to the one that has a lock printed on it. It.doesn't work at all.

This was just for the refill, but if you are thinking about getting a Zevo they are great. These refills fit the original plug in Zevo perfectly. As for the Zevo itself, it catches all kinds of flying critters.

I had purchased the case with blue light in it. I put the refills in it, plugged it in and the light didn't come on, so I wasted my money on the refills. I wish I had a warning that it wouldn't work possibly, so I just spent$7.98 on nothing.

We're so incredibly sorry to hear about this, Kathleen. Try reinserting the cartridge, and make sure the curve of the cartridge lines up the trap's shield. Make sure to align the gray prong-like piece of plastic on the bottom of the refill pad/cartridge with the corresponding slot in the trap. This piece needs to be inserted into the device to activate the light once the refill pad/cartridge is plugged in. If that does not work, try another outlet, or check to see if it’s plugged into a ground fault outlet (one with the two buttons test/reset).
