Hi Cher! We are really glad to hear that your Zevo Full Size Flying Insect Trap started catching bugs within just 20 minutes of plugging it in. That kind of quick response is exactly what we hope for, and it means a lot to us to know it is helping you get flying insects under control so fast. Thank you for sharing your experience with us; we truly appreciate you and wish you all the best.

We regret to hear that Zevo Indoor Fly Trap Full Size Refills has not performed to your expectations and has not attracted as many insects as anticipated, Dana. We understand how disappointing this can be and appreciate your feedback. If the trap is unresponsive, it may be defective and eligible for a refund or replacement. If the LED light is on but insects are not being caught, we recommend trying different placement in areas where flying insects typically enter, such as near exterior doors or garages, while avoiding hidden spots and other light sources that may divert bugs at night. For improved daytime results, positioning the trap in shaded or darker areas can reduce interference from natural light. Please note Zevo traps primarily target light-sensitive insects like fruit flies and gnats and may be less effective on other flying bugs not attracted to light. We encourage you to reach out to us at (866) 215-1297 for further assistance. Your satisfaction is very important to the Zevo team.
