This however is a lot more flavorful so that's great. I tried it on bacon too and it's the best ever. Sweet, spicy and salty bacon are a win.

There is balance in sweetness and heat level. I enjoyed this honey over everything I could , over fried chicken, sandwiches, pancakes, fries, roasted veggies. This honey enhanced the flavor without overpowering the dish which is appreciative. Also this honey comes from a brand I adore. Highly recommended.

During the holiday season I tried it a few ways. For snacks I used Ritz crackers with peanut butter and topped with a generous drip of Nate's. I also used wheat crackers, cream cheese and Nate's. They were popular with my guests. Dinner was Ham, carrots and many sides. Nate's spiced up the Ham glaze as well as the carrots, again, popular with the guests. We will be adding Nate's Hot Honey to BBQ sauce when it's time to fire up the grill! I/we are happy we got to try this honey and we will purchase it when our supply runs out.

It adds a rich flavor with the sweetness, I liked it drizzled on some cornbread to give it a fun flavor. It's not hot enough to hurt your mouth or dull your tastebuds, but enough to give that warm feeling inside.
