I had Nate's Hot Honey alone and in baked beans and it is thick with spicy bite. I can see myself using it to make a glaze or sauce for fish or meat, maybe even some fruit. For those who like flowery sweet & heat, this would be a good fit.

I do wish it were a bit spicier as that's my fave flavor profile. I spread if on toast, plain muffins and tried some in my tea. That was the only combo I wasn't happy about since tea should never be spicy. I think those that are hot averse could handle a few spoonfuls of the hot honey.
