[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received a free bottle of Nate’s Hot Honey. So far we've only tried it by itself. My teenager likes spicy, I do not. But we both like it. I can taste both the honey and the spice, so it's a good balance. We haven't figured out what food to try it on yet, so we just put drops on a finger tip to eat. I'm wondering how it will do in hot chocolate now that it's getting cool outside. My only complaint is that the spiciness stays on my tongue too long afterwards.

I was very skeptical about this product as I have never had a hot honey before. When I opened it up you can smell it was sweet and I could not really smell the “hotness” of it. After trying the honey it gave the perfect amount of honey and hot mixed together! I used this product to make a hot honey garlic chicken and it turned out amazing!

Mostly because every hot honey I’ve tried has either been too sweet and not hot enough, or vice-versa, too hot and not sweet enough. Nate’s Hot Honey was the exact right mix for me! I have enjoyed trying it on a variety of different dishes and am looking forward to finding more recipes to put this in.

Well this did not disappoint at all. I like things with a little kick to it. I used this on some hot fresh biscuits and was blown away by the taste and kick to it. I am going to savor this bottle as long as I can and use it on everything possible. I’m going to be selfish and not share.

I thought it would be exclusively used on meat products. I was wrong. The heat is overrated. It's more like a zing. I expected to be wowed but it was like a smoke cloud. So I eat this like normal.
