Bought this pressure washer to do general cleaning around the house and so far it has done a really good job. I even bought the 16-in surface cleaner from Westinghouse which gets plenty of power from this pressure washer and does a good job of cleaning the concrete around my home

I've been using this item for the first time since I purchased it. It works great. I love the different nozzles it has and the descriptions in the manual. Takes away the guessing game. It does an incredible job cleaning cement and stones. It has a surprising wide spread on the strongest nozzle (red)

I bought this about a month ago and finally got the chance to try it out on my sidewalk. I was highly disappointed to see the poor performance done. For starters, it will not turn on after a release the trigger to pause the job, I kept pressing the reset button over and over again until I got the job done. It took me twice as much time to do the task because of all the resetting of the machine. Not worth the time and the price.

So far I've used this on my deck and to clean my car. Along with their foam cannon. I did have to buy a longer hose, the one that comes with the unit was just too short out of the box. That said, once I got their longer hose, the results were amazing. No kinks, I was able to leave the unit next to the faucet and not once did I feel like I didn't have enough power to do what I needed. I hesitated on getting an electric because people say gas is always the way to go. I zeroed in on this unit though hoping that it performe to spec. Boy was I surprised when it exceeded my expectations. So glad I waited for the tech to mature. So thankful to not have to deal with the extra maintenance a gas powered unit would require. Very convenient and so light to pick up to boot. Which is great because my deck is on the second floor.

I wanted an electric pressure washer to do outdoor cleaning around my house. Nothing major so i felt i did not need not need a gas powered washer. The WPX3400e had the most gpm i could find. I am happy with this washer. It feels sturdy and has been doing wonders on cleaning my vinyl fence from all of the mold. I have been mainly using the turbo nozzle for all the cleaning.

I am usually a gas user but WOW this pressure washer is beyond great and SO easy to use and light weight. Being in my 70's I bought it for the convenience of not having to worry about gas going through all the upkeep that requires. Its strong, reliable and left my retaining walls looking like new. I am a huge fan of this brand! I'll be using it to wash area rugs as well.

I purchased this machine a month ago for the purpose of washing my patio and two-story home. The machine assembled easily and worked great! One minor issue was that the soap nozzle with the unit was a totally plastic component that popped out during use a couple times before it was lost. I am very pleased otherwise.

I bought this pressure washer for projects around the house. It was easy to assembly and stat using within 10 minutes of taking it out of the box. The different nozzles will help with different projects. So far I have used it on the stone facing of my house. Can't wait for the next project. Very happy with the purchase.

I had no idea there were so many electric pressure washers, so many choices in brands and PSI etc. I'm in Canada so Westinghouse didn't come up at the big box stores. After I reviewed and felt I didn't like the build quality of most of them. I expanded my search to cover US (with hopes it can also be found in Canada or delivered), that's when I found Westinghouse. I saw tons of great reviews, then I watched a lot of video reviews and folks showing it's capabilities. Here are some reasons I am ecstatic with my purchase. One of the key reasons we need this is to remove green algae from our backyard stone slabs, especially under the deck. We also bought a surface cleaner attachment, which is good for general cleaning but could not handle our green algae. To get stains out that are this difficult to remove, I don't believe this model's 2500 PSI little brother is strong enough, this is why we opted for the 3200 PSI model (videos showed all pressure washers have effective PSI bit less than stated). To get stubborn stains, I learned we need the 0 deg or turbo nozzle, even with that, need to hold somewhat close to the stain and without much angle. This worked. We also used this great machine on our deck, the cedar parts, be careful, this has enough power to damage! Either use higher degree nozzle or hold farther away and not straight on. We also cleaned green algae off of our wooden fence. This machine can do it all! Oh some folks reported some issue plugging it into outdoor outlets, we had 0 issues. The cords are quite long, just enough for our fairly large back yard. We'll use this a few times a year, it made our backyard look new again!

I've had a gas power washer for years, it was loud and a hassle to maintain. The WPX3400e still doesn't match the power of a gas powered washer but this is the most powerful electric washer that I can find on the market. Overall, I am happy with it and definitely pros overcome the cons of a gas power washer. The only issue with mine is that the stickers "Brushless Motor" and Model/Serial number are peeling. As much as I tired to restick them on, they keep peeling off. Anyways, the performance is not an issue at all. I do recommend it overall.
