So far so good! Had used a dewalt 4300 Psi gas pressure washer prior to this but it was getting too hard to start and maintain. While not as powerful this is ppwerful enough to clean my driveway, sidewalks and brick walls. Knowing I can run it just once a year (or less) and not worry about a gas engine getting gunked up is a huge plus. Happy with the purchase!

Bought the 3400 PSI model to replace an old 2900 PSI sunjoe. Wow what a difference in pressure. The spray pattern is very uniform across all the nozzles. Very quiet and smooth motor. The automatic flow control is nice. I like the wand holster which securely holds the wand in place. Wheels are extra large for easy mobility. Very happy with this washer.

Item arrived within 2 days of purchase and worked flawless. I really like this electric washer, worked great in washing down the house in preparation for painting. Maintenance and noise is minimal as compared to gas pressure washers and provides 3400 PSI.

Had an old gas pressure washer which was a bear to start.....recently I tore my shoulder rotator cuff. Pulling the starter rope on that old machine was impossible.. The 3400e is a pleasure. push a button and away you go. Plenty of power, quiet, economical{TSS}. this machine makes me very happy.

I would give it 5 stares if hose was better.I had purchase an aftermarket hose on my previous washer which was very flexible.I was going to switch hoses but diameters were smaller on the afermarket so I decided to keep the one supplied by Westinghouse which is not bad but the aftermarket is more flexable.qThought for the price point the hose.would be better

--Assembly instructions were complete, clear and in correct English (refreshing) --Unit seems to work well but I was surprised as to how noisy it is, especially when compared to some of the --although smaller-- electrical power washers folks in my neighborhood are using. --Although I read the manual several times, I have not --yet-- discovered how to release pressure from the water intake after switching off the unit. Triggering the discharge only takes pressure off of the output site, but full pressure remains on the water intake side. As a consequence, I have to slowly bleed pressure from either side of the water hose connection, which is a wet and unpleasant task. I might not have discovered the correct way to do this, but as said, reconsulting the manual several times did not help. I looked for a pressure relief valve, but did not see one. --The manual says nothing about storing the unit other than tilting it to let water out and not storing it in an excessively hot place. It does mention 'pump protector' but it does not say what that is, what it is for or when to use it. Before winter storage? After each use? When storing for longer periods of time? ???

My old pressure washer was a Sun Joe that could only remove dirt off my patio and steps with the 0 degree nozzle. Testing the 3400 PSI is a very different story. The turbo nozzle removes the dirt as well, but the stream isn't so narrow that it will take all day. Pairing this pressure washer with the surface cleaner revealed even more efficient results. I'm looking forward to using these on the rest of my patio, driveway, and front walk!

This was a Father's Day gift from my wife. It is to replace an old gas powered 2300 psi / 2.3 gpm unit. The set up was very easy as is the operation. Though it is not as powerful as my gas pressure washer it is very adequate for it's intended use. It is much lighter, easier to manuver and quieter than my old one, plus I don't have to contend with gas, oil, hard starting and the messy and time consuming mainenance required for a gas powered unit. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the power - though adequate - is less than expected for a 3400 psi, 2.0 gpm machine.

I bout this product just over a month ago and couldn’t be happier with it’s performance. I’ve used it for countless hours already and feel as if I’ve “put it through the ringer”. Easily cleaned my sidewalk, concrete porch, long wooden fencing, and removed old paint from a large wooden deck. I’m glad they sent me several different heads with the product. Couldn’t be happier with this brand. I made the right choice for once.

Bought this 3400 psi electric powered pressure washer about a month ago. Easy assembly, and easy to use. I am surprised with the amount of water pressure this shoots out. I’m not a fan of gas powered machines, they always seem to fail me down the road. Electric has less issues in my opinion. I highly recommend this pressure washer for those who want to plug and play.
