I have purchased two of these utility carts. The first one proved that it was an excellent product and I then bought a second one. For me, being physically handicapped, rolling carts are especially helpful -- in fact I already had other brands for years and use them to move things in the house which I would not be able to do otherwise. The Sam's Club carts are the most sturdy and well designed carts I now own. They have a high load capacity for heavy items, are stable even when items are loaded on the top shelf, and each tray has raised borders to prevent items slipping or falling off. I use them to move cargo from house to the garage and vice-versa, for serving meals, and they can make a practical bedside aid to keep items too large for a night stand -- plus they can be moved easily into position.. In short, they are well designed, durable and very useful. Highly recommended.

Missing parts and also no instructions. I know it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out how to put it together but would be nice if it had come with instructions. Plus one plastic piece was missing I think for one of the legs, really not sure.

This cart is pretty impressive, especially for its modest price. The assembly instructions are pretty vague, but a good dose of common sense should help you out. The cart is very stable & sturdy, moves around easily, the middle shelf can be adjusted... pretty cool. I highly recommend.

We use this as a video game cart. A tv on top, consoles in the middle, and games and controllers on the bottom. We can take it anywhere in the house depending who wants to play. It seems to be a great quality, the wheels work well and the whole thing feels very stable.

I purchased this over 8 years ago and it has been used continuously every single day in a large hotel and is still going strong!!! One of the small welds just gave way but a zip tie has saved the day! I just ordered two more because of how long that single cart has held up. Highly recommend!

I purchased a similar Seville cart from Sam's, same basic dimensions and load capacity, several years ago and wanted another like it. After getting this one I found that is lighter duty. The tubes are only 1" diameter. The one I have is 1 1/2' diameter and the shelves are much heavier. It does not appear that Sam's still sells the heavier duty model (Seville Model SHE99307ZB). If you don't need the heavier duty model I'm sure this will be fine.

You need a mallet end of the no tools required statement you need a mallet. The hardest and longest step in assembly time of 4.5 hours is going to be the wheels onto the posts. If you soap the metal it helps a lot. My father taught me this in the 60s. It is worth the effort; however making the box 6 inches longer to accommodate pre assembled wheels would be an obvious courtesy to customers.

We've been using this cart for months and it holds up well. The directions to put it together were not very clear, but we got it together. All four wheels turn so even with heavy loads it's easy to steer. Don't know how much weight this takes, but we load it up with bottled water, cases of pop, and everything else and it takes it all! Great product!

I literally have own 2 of these for over 6 years and have wished I’d have purchased more. From putting computers, 3 in 1 printers, safes, speakers, oxygen concentrators, puppy beds on bottom shelf, televisions to literally carrying in groceries, heavy bags of laundry, cases of water and heavy boxes to unloading large deliveries of King size adjustable massage beds, etc up to 350 pounds from delivery truck curb side to inside bedroom no problem what so ever as my paperwork said it safely can handle up to 500 pounds. Going to buy 2 more So many Needed uses Saves our backs from breaking Safely stores our computer systems in our computer rooms never a worry So simple to clean

I'm using the cart as a mobile desk and it works perfectly. It's heavy duty and a polished metal which looks good. It was fairly easy to put together considering it's weight. Some of the instructions were a little vague, but a very satisfactory purchase. I might invest in another cart of this type for another purpose.
