Huge amount of prosciutto for only $11!! This lasted for 2 meat and cheese boards and 2 ponds of penne ala vodka. Love it!

This is the only prosciutto I buy! It is so tasty. I let it stand until almost to room temperature before I shred it which makes it go a long way especially with a bigger group. It is honestly my favorite.

Do NOT buy this unless you have 7 minutes/slice to peel them apart and, even then, they won't be attractive. The packaging is the worst prosciutto I've ever purchased.
