Full of sharp bone fragments! Keep having to pull bone pieces out of my mouth when eating this. Have never had such poorly produced prosciutto. The price was good but the product is not well made.

Tasty. Enjoyed with Brie and crackers. Have never purchased another brand so cannot compare to other brand. It is said only good prosciutto must be produced in Italy; think this prosciutto is American made.

My go-to for a snack, when wrapped around fresh mozzarella and sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper. MUCH less expensive than in grocery stores.

They are good tasting but you cannot separate the individual layers. Most companies put wax paper in between. Cannot use as it should be used. Comes in on big bunch. Would not recommend.

We used to buy the Proscuitto that comes with the slices separated by wax paper but my local sams no longer carries it. While the flavor of this new one is ok it is impossible to use. If you plan on wrapping anything with it buy another brand as this simply will not work. It comes in piles like deli meat that you cannot separate since it is sliced thin. I spent 1 hour trying to salvage enough to wrap figs but eventually just gave up. Very very disappointed.

A delicacy

Terrible imitation of ?Prosciutto SAN Daniele?. If you want good prosciutto first you select the meet then you process it the right way. this fake Daniele is very salty because they had remove the smell of rotten meat. Sams had the real italian San Daniele well priced but it decided to replace is with this one. SAD!!!

Love this brand at Sam's! I buy a package every time I visit Sam's. Hard to find good prosciutto, but this brand is good.
