They both are good. I sometimes have one for breakfast with milk or as an afternoon snack to tie me over until dinner. I will certainly buy more in the future.

I love the peanut butter chip for breakfast and the chocolate sea salt for a snack. The bars are filling, low sugar and low net carb. Best of all, they’re delicious!

So these are like a cookie dough texture. They are clean, healthy, good protien and low sugar. These are clean eats. Peanut butter and chocolate sea salt are the favorite right now. They are apart of daily life for us.

I've had IQ Bars before, and they were good. They chsnged their recipe. Now they have a have a gummy & chalky yucky flavor. Couldn't even finish it. Why did they change the recipe!

I believe these to be the best protein bars especially for Type 2 Diabetics. They are filling and taste good to. My wife and I really like them, and we will keep ordering them and eat them as part of our new health journey.

I usually have several types of protein bars in my house but I really like these because they have clean ingredients, great taste and texture. The peanut butter chip is so good!!

We eat these bars daily. Mix it up with Banana, Almond Butter Chip, and Blueberry. You cant go wrong. All flavors are amazing and we love that the bars can go where we go.

I prefer the peanut butter ones better than the chocolate mint. They're like a brownie consistency and love the fact they have very low carbs. If your looking for flavor, you will be disappointed.
