I have tons of food allergies and these were the first ones I’ve found that are not only delicious but the ingredients are real and safe for me! I’m super active in the gym and outside playing sports so I need as much protein I can get. I love IQ Bar brand and will continue to buy them. I have tried most of the flavors but my absolute favorite is the peanut butter nut one!!

Aweful. Worst protien bar I've ever tried. Literally threw the rest of them in the garbage after I couldn't do an online return. In my whole family of 6 I couldnt talk anyone into a second bite and we were mindlessly eating on a road trip and hungry. The texture was so strange, grainy and chalky yet crunchy. Like chewing on cacao nibs throughout, but not actually cacao nibs or nuts. Attempted both flavors but couldnt make it through either bar. I'm hoping it was a bad batch and they are normally better, but I dont have any desire to spend more money to test that theory.

My new favorite protein bar. They have only 1 gram of sugar, a remarkable 9 grams of fiber, and a decent 12 grams of protein. Plus, they don't have a ton of sodium (6% DV), all in a decent sized bar coming in at 160 calories. Okay, but how does it taste?? Right now, it's one of my favorites, and I eat a lot of different protein bars. There have been some I really didn't like at all and some are good and some I love. This is right up in there at the LOVE rank. That's not even accounting for the healthy ingredients; that's just based on taste. Combining the two things together, it makes it my favorite. The first ingredient is nuts (in the peanut butter chip one, it is peanuts and almonds) and you can crunch them a little bit. I admit that I will like them more in a few months after my braces come off. Everything gets stuck in my braces, and nuts are the worst offenders. But it's not stopping me from eating them. About 5 years ago, I lost a lot of weight (over 100 pounds) by doing a few things differently with my eating habits. One thing was making sure I ate protein with every meal. Since I have discovered these, I admit that they have actually been my dinner a couple of times. I take very tiny nibbles while I'm working at my desk and the soft nature of this bar makes it very easy to just enjoy this over a long time. I don't usually like stevia and never use it in my coffee or tea, but it is in this (as well as in my other favorite protein bar) and apparently the other flavors just hide that taste from me because I love this so much I don't taste it.

Tasty and Extremely Low Glycemic

These were ok but prefer health bar with some crunch to it. Tasted good.

IQ protein bars are good. Texture can be grainy. Made from wholesome ingredients.

Very grainy texture and weird taste. My kids didn't mind them, but I thought they were gross.

My husband and grandson son love them! They use them as a healthy snack.
