It’s a good source of protein and fiber. It’s plant based protein and added sugar is less than 2g. So it’s win win for quick snacking

The wife has really enjoyed this as her snack since being on low carb. she has gestational diabetes and it has helped her keep her blood sugar down.

This is my first time trying these but definitely want be my last. They are great tasting and full of protein! Good on the go snack!

A very pleasant flavor. I love having them around when I go out because they take away my hunger when I need it and they have ingredients that feed.
