I was told that is how the dryer works and I just have to learn how to use it because they are not made the same anymore. The delicate setting doesn't dry slacks unless it's run several times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine, after so many years with the family dryer from way back when, this is a awesome change. just just 1 major gripe would love if there was true cell phone remote that allows the actual turning on and setting of the washer. Large large capacity, just doesnt dry that well when loaded. But overall a great machine.
