I spent a week trying to set up this printer. Kept getting the message “cannot complete at this time”. When I finally reached a human, he told me I had to contact my internet provider to set up a 2G WiFi. That is the only way it would work. Why would I want to downgrade my service? NO! I returned the printer.

While my HP 4158e gets a B+ for print quality it’s very slow printing jobs … I was not prepared for the significant difference in printing speed from my Office Jet Pro 8000+ printer … nor was I prepared to loose my two-sided printing feature … on the plus side it was much cheaper to maintain since I went from purchasing 4 cartridges down to only two …

Great little “all in one” for the price. I would give it 5 stars, except now HP has added a function that makes the printer only able to accept genuine HP ink cartridges (or refills of same). Once the printer is out of warranty, why spend so much money on expensive ink cartridges? At least it will accept refills.

I was in the market for a printer that I was only going to be using sparingly and this particular one jumped out initially because of the low price. After doing the setup I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the prints, whether pictures or text and the ease of doing it wirelessly was a major plus.

Definitely does the job. Bought for doing work at home. Super easy set-up. Had no issues with setting up Wi-Fi using my phone as instructed. Prints great and I love how it keeps track of ink levels so it knows to ship me more ink with automatic service. Price can't be beat either! Happy with my purchase!

This is the easiest setup of any printer that I've ever owned. It has the ability to scan multiple pages through the top paper feeder effortlessly. It can print on both sides as well. Huge time saver. The optional subscription service automatically delivers ink to your door before you run out

Ssm's Club price for this printer was super, and it arrived quickly. I set it up following the instructions provided by HP. Printer would print, but only in black & white / grayscale. I tried all of the fixes on the HP website to get it working. Nothing worked. Finally beat my way into speaking with a real person at HP. Took him about 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong and help me fix it. The problem was not on the HP website on elsewhere on the internet, I'd never have found it. Printer is now working normally.
