This printer has given me nothing but problems, I have had two tech people look at it they are even confused, it will print sometimes and then sometimes NOT

This is BY FAR the worst printer I have ever owned. The ink is costly and barely lasts 50 pages. It jams and has all sorts of issues. AVOID at all costs. I am in IT so know what I am talking about. Stick to EPSON.

Spent a week trying to finish installation. Finally got through to help. I was advised that I would have to call my internet provider to have them create a second 2G.WiFi service! I would have to switch to 2G to be able to use the printer, then switch back to 5Gfor everything else. No thanks! I’m returning this printer!

Bought this to use as a cheap printer for the infrequent prints at home. Turns out it has only produced frustration from having to attempt to print numerous times and then ultimately using a source at work to print. The problem is that the printer does not print all of the details on a page. I attempted to print documents with a text over a gray background and though it prints the letters, it simply will not print the gray background. Doesn't matter if you turn it to the highest quality setting or grayscale (to avoid an issue with using the color ink), it just won't do it. Also attempted to print some prints with small fine details, and it simply left that area blank. I know it isn't an issue with the documents as I've printed them on other printers with no issue. The whole point was to do this at home! Also, the color ink lasted almost no time, which is amazing because I'm not sure we've actually even printed anything in color, and yet the printer displays that the ink level is low.
