This printer was such a disaster. You can't log in to your HP account to register the thing because it keeps looping back to the log in screen. I looked for an assist on Google and it seems this is a common problem for many people. It printed the test page, but wouldn't print anything i tried to print from my computer wirelessly. There is no customer service per se, because you have to log in to your HP account to access help. I'm not doing that dance again. I returned the printer. That was the easiest part of the experience.

Prints fine, but the ink subscription is a ripoff! We barely printed anything before the ink ran out & it won't let you print unless you add a credit card to order more ink...even if you still have ink left!

The HP support tech after 50 minutes of remote controlling my laptop couldn't get it to work. It's an inexpensive $100 all-in-one. It should be plug and play. Against my better judgement I thought I'd give HP 1 last try and they failed.

I am so glad I purchased this printer. It was so easy to setup and it prints a sheet 3 times faster than my old wireless printer. If your looking for a multi-function printer look no further.

You cannot just put something into print it. You cannot just put some thing in the printer to fax it. You have to do mobile fax you have to download everything on your computer in order to print it or to fax it. I will not own a wireless printer again it’s totally aggravating to use. I am returning it.

It’s a decent printer if all you’re going to do is print recipes or occasionally print an email out. Not having a document feeder is a pain in the neck because it’s very cumbersome if you need to scan multiple pages in or copy multiple pages. These things are absolutely NOT the printers fault! Just really think about what you’re going to be printing. I really like the ink reservoir but I really thought I could save money and “compromise” on the other features. Not a good move. I get frustrated with how long it takes to print or copy (it’s not that slow but it’s not that quick either). I should have just coughed up the extra money and gotten the more expensive printer with more features. But if you’re looking for a basic printer that you occasionally use, it’s a very good printer and very simple to set up.

The printer itself is a good low use printer. I had issues seeing up HP Instant Ink. As soon as I did the printer stopped working, saying the cartridges were not valid HP cartridges, even though they were the ones that came in the box. I had to speak to customer service and wait for replacements to be mailed. This printer requires valid HP cartridges. If you don't use Instant Ink you will be forced to buy HP cartridges.

copy and scan function. Wireless connection works after some troubleshooting. Top ppaer feed jams when using so I just use the flat screen

Pretty much plug and play. Simple to setup. Literally printing my shipping label within minutes of setup.

Easy set up and prints clear and colorful! Wish it had a paper tray instead of loading from the back.
