Not to mention, since I was able to cut my laundry time down to half, that means money will be saved on my light bill. That's a double win to me. This unit is large enough to fit king size bedding/quilts and probably bigger. That's right, no more trips to the laundry mat to wash those large beddings that don't fit in a regular sized unit. Not only is the unit large enough to fit a very large load in both the washer and dryer, but it gets the job done right the first time. It has many different features to get your clothes done right, including an AI feature, with is amazing. The dryer comes with a rack so you can properly dry your washed shoes without it tumbling all around the dryer. I also love the SmartThings app. There are so many features in it that you can select to get a good customized clean or dry. With the SmartThings app, you will get notifications on your phone or samsung tv when the unit is done washing or drying. Once you select your preference in the SmartThings app, you just have to press start on the unit to get it going. I also find that I no longer have to measure how much liquid detergent I need or liquid fabric softner. I just fill the Flex Auto dispenser, and it takes the amount needed for the load that I am washing. With the Flex Auto dispenser, you can customize which dispenser you want the unit to use. You can even select how concentrated you want your fabric softener to be. Its such anamzing feature. This washer/dryer combo is definitely quiet. It has vibration reduction technology, so you don't really hear that shaking noise that most washer/dryers make. The satin green color is different than the colors you usually see on a washer/dryer, but it is a nice satin green color. Thats the amazing thing about bespoke. No more regular normal colors. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new washer/dryer combo for about a month now and it is such an improvement to our old units. The capacity of the washer and dryer is sufficient for our family of four. While we haven't used all of the different settings, the normal wash and AI optimal wash/dry are quick and effective. Our last units took forever to complete a cycle and almost always needed the dryer restarted to completely dry items. I am shocked at how quickly a king size set of sheets can dry! There is one central control panel in the middle of the unit and I must say it has taken some getting used to after having two separate controls for washer and dryer, however the controls are very straightforward and easy to use. My pregnant wife appreciates the reminders at the beginning of each cycle to add detergent and/or empty the lint trap. We use laundry detergent sheets and fabric softener sheets and they work well with this washer by just placing the sheets directly into the tub with whatever is being washed. This set is also very quiet and does not rattle around or get off balance even when washing bulky blankets or towels. We have set up the Smart Things app, but honestly control the washer/dryer mainly from the console while we are home. From a purely aesthetic point, we love the color and look of the set and would definitely recommend purchasing.

I can reach both units easily and now have a lot of free space in my laundry room. The automated dispensing of detergent is really helpful as it also adds to making my wash process quicker and my daughter doesn't add too much or too little. The super speed wash setting has been convenient for small, lightly soiled loads. I had several clothes with set in stains, but the steam wash setting has nearly removed all the stains. Having the units connected to the SmartThings app was quick to set up and I love getting notified when my laundry is ready to change over. It even lets me know what setting would be best for the dryer.

Its almost calming to hear it running. The Vibration Reduction Technology almost eliminates all of the noises we are used to hearing. From our living room, you really have to listen for it to see if it is running in our laundry room (door closed). Using the SmartThings App makes it that more effortless. Everything is at the touch of your fingers. We are getting pretty efficient (lazy) around here as it's a welcomed edition to our television, refrigerator and dishwasher that is also controlled by the app. The capacity is much more than I expected. Loading our top washer, we must be calculated when placing our clothes in. With this washer, “it just fits” and does an awesome job cleaning. I also like not having to add product for washing each time. The Flex Auto Dispense is another feature that is helping us be “efficient”…LOL!!!! I love the product and hope Samsung keeps punching out more great products.

We can fill up the detergent, so it automatically dispenses the amount needed for the load cycle we select. This has kept us from overusing detergent, saving us money. Connecting to the SmartThings App was an easy process and I love monitoring the washer and dryer from my phone. I know how much detergent is left, how many minutes are left, and if there are any issues. I also get notified when a load is done, so I can be anywhere in or out of the house. The set being stacked has saved a lot of space in our laundry room and is not too tall for our young daughter to reach. The AI settings have been helpful for making sure our laundry is cleaned efficiently and having the unit set the dryer setting automatically saves us time. Very happy with this set.

We decided to get this model because of a few reasons, mainly the tech, space savings and seriously, it's just pretty! The satin green is just so sleek and modern. I also love the lint filter. It's quiet. What a satisfying clean that is! If I could sum up the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ in one word, it would be: AMAZING! I've had the Hub for a little over a week and even now I have not touched on all the features that are available. I love having the ability to dial in on settings to personalize my laundry. I have found all preset settings to be perfect. I have used the AI wash and dry and they are super useful. I love that I can fit a whole basket of laundry into the drums due to the 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Washer and 7.6 cu. ft. Dryer. The AI wash gets everything clean and fresh. Mind you, we are a sporty/active household so clothes can get pretty ripe. I did a super speed wash and dry load with my daughter's track gear and it came out perfect. Wash and dried in about an hour! In both the app and on the physical machine, you can tweak many things such as the temp, rinses, spin speed, dryness, soil level, etc. The auto-dispenser can be changed there as well. The auto-dispenser is a game changer! No more having to measure things out when I just want to throw in a quick load of laundry! The SmartThings app is actually super helpful and useful. I could not connect my washer using the QR code, but it connected easily when I did a search for available machines (both processes are simple and quick). The dryer connected no problem using the QR code. I consider the SmartThings app download a must. You can personalize your loads and pick more presets than are available on the physical machine. It also tells me how much energy the loads can/did consume. It also will tell me how much time is left on the cycles. This is key. The only downside is that I can't START a load from the SmartThings app. I can send settings to the machine, but I must start it at the machine. I am hoping that this will change with an update. It has an automatic dispenser, I should be able to start remote. This is helpful in case I ever (happens often) leave a load in the washer too long and have to restart it. Would be nice to just be able to do it from the app. I truly love the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ and would highly recommend it.

It is very powerful and super easy to use, I enjoy washing my clothes and getting them clean faster due to the powerful features that it provides. Also the dryer machines save me time and energy which is better when trying to save some money. The design and color are just amazing. It was very easy to install and it doesn't take a lot of space due to the fact that you can stack up one in of the other one. I love that it is touch screen and very very easy when using it. Another feature that is very useful is that it provides a super speed wash and dry option, same powerful clean but in less than an hour. Washes your clothes in 28 minutes and dry in just 30 minutes. As a busy mom is very essential for me to be able to manage my time wisely so I'm so happy that this washing machine comes with wifi connectivity which allows me to control my washing cycle from my phone. It lets me remotely start, stop or delay my washer from anywhere just using my phone. Overall I'm so in love with my new appliances and how excellent they work together.

It has lights inside when you open the doors to switch laundry from one machine to the other. It's been easy to learn how to use and I'm not very tech savvy. I love that it connects to my phone and wifi and will alert me with a notification to let me know when a cycle is done and I can change settings on the app as well. The only negative thing I could say is that sometimes with the AI technology setting on the dryer the laundry feels almost a little damp still sometimes and I will just start a cycle again for a few minutes if that happens. Don't wait! Buy this machine if you're in the market!
