That said, I couldn't be ANY HAPPIER with this unit. i was down to either this or one of the LG all in one units and I've used LG for years and I decided to try something new. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, my clothes are always smelling fresh, and the magic AI machine in the dryer always gets everything nice and perfect dry. I also LOVE the green.

It has so many compliments, that I don't even know where to start, so here we go. Firstly, I love how spacious both the washer/dryer is. I can fit very large loads without compromising cleanliness. Compared to my previous unit, where I "thought" I was washing a large load, this unit here can hold two of those loads, amazing to cut down laundry time. The clothes came out very clean and fresh. I was curious as to how the dryer would dry that large load, would it really dry it throughly in one cycle? Would it take a long time to dry? To my surprise, it did dry that large load in one cycle and much faster than my previous unit. I was really impressed. I honestly couldn't believe it. In this washer/dryer unit, you can wash and dry large bedding including quilts/duvets. Mine are king size, so that gives you a good reference for sizing. There are many different cycles to choose from for both the washer/dryer to get a good customized clean. Let's not forget the SmartThings app, you can set the settings for both units and then just press start on the unit. It's literally that easy and convenient. The washer/dryer unit also plays a cute little tune to let you know its done. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants an amazing unit and clean clothes in a short amount of time.

This was concerning because it could start a fire, so I had gotten rid of it. The leak from the washer cost damage to my upper and lower floors in my home and the floors and the ceiling are currently being repaired. I decided to move the washer downstairs to the first floor and to do that, I had to find a space in my home to put the new unit. I was looking for a washer and dryer combo, so I decided to do my research. When I saw Samsung had this, I was excited, and without hesitation because I am very familiar with Samsung products. I went online to research this unit and it was very difficult to find a lot of information on this unit, being that it is still new on the market, but like I said, even though there were not a lot of information out there, I did not have an issue purchasing this unit because I know the type of products Samsung creates. If it has the name Samsung, you know it is going to be something to behold. Before getting into all the technical things, the first thing you see with this unit is the color. the color is so different from any other unit out there on the market. The aesthetics of this unit are just amazing. Now into the details. You get two units in one, it is a space saver, this unit can fit into a closet and any small space that you have. As I stated before, I had to relocate the laundry room, now a laundry closet. This unit saves me the headache or trying to find a space in my home for my laundry. What I like about the unit. I like the auto dispense feature. This is so convenient; it saves time and effort putting in detergent for every load and now you don't have to guess if you are putting in too much or too little. I like this feature because sometimes, I believe we are using too much detergent which can damage your machine and it also saves you the trouble of lifting those heavy bottles of detergents. This will dispense the right number of detergents. The machine is easy to operate, I like the fact that it has a light so you can see in the machine and not leave anything behind in the machine. I like the AI technology. I have done a lot of reading and research on this product, but nothing compares to actually using the machines. I like that I can operate the machine directly from the Smart things Apps. Clothes comes out clean and dry.

We have not been able to wash our clothes in the home for a while as the home is currently going through a mini renovation due to some issues in the house. The laundry room had to be relocated and the space we now have is very limited. Having one unit and not taking up the space for a washer and dryer is an answer prayer. My daughter does a lot of research before purchasing anything and this unit was no exception. The color is so unique. I haven't seen a washer or dryer in this color. The satin green is a beautiful color. This beautiful machine has a lot to offer. We love the prefill for laundry detergent. Being an older person, lifting those heavy detergent was very tasking, now I don't have to lift them up every time I have to do my laundry. The Smart things app is great, I don't use it, my daughter does, and she can control the unit from her phone. This unit is a life saver, now we don't have to create another space for a two-unit washer and dryer. This unit can fit into a closet. I couldn't wait for the unit to be installed, so we could start enjoying this beautiful creation from Samsung. Once the unit was connected, it washes the clothes very well. I like the color and I like that the dryer is set once the washer is complete. I like that the control is in the middle of the unit, and you don't have to tiptoe or use a ladder to reach the control like some other units. The dryer will alert you about the lint, so if you forget to clean the lint from the dryer, you will get an alert. My daughter is always telling me to check the lint after every load, now, I don't have to do that. The unit is large, I can wash beddings and don't have to take them to the laundromat because of the size. Overall, I really like the unit, especially all the features that it has to offer. I can't wait to show it off to my family and friends. This unit is so different from the combo machines they had back in the days.

My favorite features is that you can add your laundry detergent and fabric softener for several washes instead of every time. The dryer let's you know when you need to clean the filter. I've been using the AI optiwash for most of my laundry and it's perfect. I like to use the the super speed option to dry my clothes and it's great because it dries my clothes fast and completely. Plus, you get a notification on your phone when the washer and dryer is done. Very comfortable and easy to use.

I can reach both units easily and now have a lot of free space in my laundry room. The automated dispensing of detergent is really helpful as it also adds to making my wash process quicker and my daughter doesn't add too much or too little. The super speed wash setting has been convenient for small, lightly soiled loads. I had several clothes with set in stains, but the steam wash setting has nearly removed all the stains. Having the units connected to the SmartThings app was quick to set up and I love getting notified when my laundry is ready to change over. It even lets me know what setting would be best for the dryer.

We have the units stacked which provides much more space over our past units without compromising capacity. I am slowly working my way through the different settings and each one works well for its given job. I particularly appreciate the bedding cycle and towel cycle as they thoroughly clean both items without taking forever. Our sheets and towels come out clean and refreshed. While we haven't used all of the different settings, the normal wash and AI optimal wash/dry are quick and effective during our normal laundry days. Quick and efficient are not words we would use to describe our old set and it makes laundry days so much quicker and easier. My husband has set up the smart things app, but I don't use it myself being a pregnant stay at home mom. Also, I love the color and sleek look of the machines. It brings me so much happiness to go in and see our beautiful new laundry room complete with amazing and efficient washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about quiet? Can you say Super Quiet? It's a night and day experience from our top load washer set and this one. Its almost calming to hear it running. The Vibration Reduction Technology almost eliminates all of the noises we are used to hearing. From our living room, you really have to listen for it to see if it is running in our laundry room (door closed). Using the SmartThings App makes it that more effortless. Everything is at the touch of your fingers. We are getting pretty efficient (lazy) around here as it's a welcomed edition to our television, refrigerator and dishwasher that is also controlled by the app. The capacity is much more than I expected. Loading our top washer, we must be calculated when placing our clothes in. With this washer, “it just fits” and does an awesome job cleaning. I also like not having to add product for washing each time. The Flex Auto Dispense is another feature that is helping us be “efficient”…LOL!!!! I love the product and hope Samsung keeps punching out more great products.
