Like my SF Estate mattress

We purchased the Estate medium firm which we tested in the store. This is our third Sterns and Foster mattress but this new design is awful. 
 As soon as it arrived we called the store thinking, despite the label, they had sent us  the firm in error as the bed was very hard. We were told it needed time for the top to release.
 It’s now been just over a year, it is still very hard and has developed deep body wells and I now have spinal back pain. We rotate this mattress monthly and even rotate a quarter turn sleeping on it cross-wise. 
 We have had an expert inspect it and the result is the wear is “normal” so there is nothing we can do. 
 We are looking for alternatives and will need to donate a near-brand-new mattress to find comfort. We are so disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only wish we had found this mattress years ago. We both have very bad backs. Not make believe. Diagnosed, treated, and chronic.We have used our LuxEstate Pillow Top Firm for 28 days so far.I'm not going to tell you are backs are cured. They never will be. BUT from day one we noticed a difference that only got better as days went by. No other lifestyle changes period. The MOST AMAZING SLEEP SURFACE we have EVER slept on. And we have gone through at least four different mattress "systems" in the past 30+ years. I laid on it on my back the day it was delivered while the sheet set we got as a bonus was being laundered. When my wife walked into the bedroom and caught me exactly what I said to her was "Honey, this mattress KNOWS me.
